“Workflow features are impressive
Pros
The features are designed with workflow efficiency in mind, which makes this a great tool for property managers. I especially like the vendor management and how well the property data is organized. It is also really easy to adopt and the ability to modify data on the fly makes implementation much smoother than other products I have used.

“Easy to use software with great support
Pros
If you are lucky enough to get the same support rep we got, you are in the best hands. The software is easy to use and understand, even for people who are not used to logging in from a computer or smartphone. We have been using it for two years now, and setting up PM schedules and having requestors log in has simplified the process. Tracking and scheduling have never been easier.

The support team is incredibly fast to respond, even though we rarely need to reach out to them.

“Landport is simple, and it improves efficiency
Pros
The Landport website is simple and easy to use for both our maintenance technicians and tenants. It has boosted our efficiency in so many ways. Before, we were dealing with paper work orders, but now everything is digital, saving our maintenance team and admin staff a ton of time. Dispatching and tracking work orders is so much faster, which has improved our customer service and overall efficiency. It has also streamlined our labor billing process since we can pull monthly reports and transfer them directly into our accounting software. plus their customer service is fantastic whenever we have a question, they respond quickly and are always helpful.
Cons
I wish Landport had a mobile app or an easier to use mobile site for our maintenance technicians. It is tough for them to read and fill out work orders on their phones.

The ease of setup and use is fantastic. We have been using Landport for three years, and their vendor support has always been very responsive.
Cons
It would be really helpful if there was an email feature that could convert a simple request into a work order. Staff on the floor do not always have time to log in and create a request manually.

“Its perfect for large companies like ours
Pros
I would definitely recommend the Landport Work Order System for large, multi-property companies that handle a high volume of tenant work requests every day. It allows for quick responses while keeping track of all the details and documentation. The fact that tenants can easily submit their own work orders is a huge plus.
Cons
Closing out work orders can sometimes be confusing, which causes them to pile up on the home screen. We also need to update the "preferred vendors" list regularly but the system does not allow us to assign work orders outside of that list, which can be limiting. Invoicing work orders can also get a little complicated. On top of that, we have had trouble accessing Landport on BlackBerry and some mobile devices. Managers have to check open work orders frequently to make sure they are either closed or reassigned properly.

Pros
Landport has made managing work orders so much easier. Our tenants never even realize when we are out of the office because I can dispatch and respond to their requests so quickly. One tenant even told me the responses were so fast he thought they were automated!
