“estimate approvals that save time
Pros
One feature I really appreciate is being able to email estimates directly to customers and let them approve or reject them instantly. It also saves time that approved estimates automatically turn into jobs.
Cons
One thing I haven't enjoyed is that, at times some customers have told me they needed to download some kind of app just to open the estimates I sent. That might have been caused by one of my settings but it also points to the software not feeling as user-friendly as I'd want it to be. I also wish there were some kind of tutorial explaining how everything is supposed to work.

Having free access to the software is a big plus for me especially since it still covers the basic dispatching tools we actually need.
Cons
On the app side, I have to keep refreshing again and again just to see updates and there seems to be a delay before changes made on the desktop show up in the technicians' app.

Getting this software for free has been a great advantage for my team because both the app and the program still feel polished and reliable instead of overly limited.
Cons
Entering geo codes has been tricky when a construction site doesn't have an address. I haven't spent much time digging into it though, since it doesn't happen very often.

Everything syncs really smoothly between the app and website and I like how our team and customers can stay updated in real time without delays.
Cons
The tutorials and guidance feel a bit limited unless you want to spend hours reading through text. More video content on YouTube would be really helpful. We've also run into a need for more customization options for the text and email messages sent between clients, customers and technicians.

It took me a little time to fully understand the setup at first but once I got comfortable with it, everything became very easy to manage. Importing customers and configuring the system went smoothly and the support team was always quick to help.
Cons
There honestly isn't much negative to mention. The only slight drawback for me is that the company is based in Australia while I'm in the UK so the time difference can have a noticeable effect when I need support. That said, it's not really something that can be helped and it hasn't caused any real issues for me.

When I was starting my business, I tested several dispatch and task management platforms and this one felt much more simple and affordable compared to some of the more complicated alternatives. I also appreciate that the free trial gave me enough time to properly evaluate it.
Cons
Since it runs entirely in the cloud, it can be frustrating to use in the field when the internet connection is unreliable.

Being able to create jobs directly from the mobile app is probably the biggest advantage for me. I don't have to switch over to a browser just to complete important tasks which makes managing work much faster and more practical for a smaller business like mine.
Cons
From what I can tell some features are locked out of the freemium version. I'd really appreciate a way to try those tools through a longer or more complete demo. It would also be helpful if the features excluded from freemium could be offered through a menu-based subscription instead. Another area where a lot of software tends to fall short is full bulk export. If I ever decide to cancel, I should be able to export all of my photos, files, notes, contacts, work orders, invoices and everything else at once. Most platforms either offer very limited export capabilities or make you export things manually one job at a time.

Getting started took hardly any time at all and we were up and running very quickly. The job management and engineer allocation features were fantastic, easy to use and it was really useful for the admin team to be able to see when an engineer was onsite. I didn't have enough time to fully explore the asset management side but from what I did test, it worked very well.
Cons
There's very little not to like about this product. The only thing that felt a bit fiddly at first was the asset management section but that improved once I got familiar with how it worked.

The platform feels very user-friendly and all the features we need for dispatching and tracking jobs are there in a logical, well-organized layout. The map view is especially helpful since it lets us quickly see how many jobs are in a specific area. It's also priced well which makes it a very affordable option for a small company like ours.
Cons
One thing that gets frustrating is the jobs view not keeping the selected sorting options. When we choose required fields like "due by," "reference," and others, it only sorts properly that one time before going back to the default view again. Another downside is that there's no calendar view available.

Cons
If the software sits idle for about 10 to 15 minutes, it tends to lock up or freeze. Once it starts responding again, it becomes extremely slow.

The app has a great set of features and the step-by-step flow works well. Being able to create and upload documents along with sign-offs was one of the main things we needed. On top of that, building workflows and guides for our team during more complex installs has also been really useful.
Cons
At first, the app did not feel especially simple to navigate. Some step-by-step guidance or PDF tutorials would probably help make the learning curve a bit easier to manage.

Entering customer information and adding notes feels very easy to me. I also like how easy it is to create jobs, schedule follow-up work and upload photos directly from the camera.
Cons
It does crash from time to time and the initial loading can be slow. Adding notes to a job feels a little awkward at times and viewing pictures on a PC is really poor.
