Instead of relying on scattered spreadsheets for IT asset management, I now have everything centralized in one platform which makes managing software and integrations much easier.

It would be even better if there were a built-in system to automate vendor relationship management.

Technology management across multiple companies can become complicated very quickly so I really appreciate having one central system that keeps all of our technology inventory organized.

Managing both hardware and software inventory has been very easy with this platform. I also like the reporting filters and graphs because they make tracking IT asset costs much clearer.

At the moment, the platform does not let us connect with vendors. We were told this functionality is planned for a future update.

What I appreciate most is having a single platform that handles application, hardware, integration and system assets together instead of splitting everything across different tools.

The hardware asset management module covers what we need at the moment, though it would be even better if it became a bit more comprehensive over time.
