Pros

It supports the entire asset lifecycle, from acquisition to disposal, while boosting productivity in maintenance. The scheduling feature works well and the EAM system effectively collects and analyzes data on asset performance, maintenance costs and downtime.

Cons

It is quite complex and comes with a steep learning curve. They are also using outdated technology that can result in compatibility issues, limited support and challenges in keeping up with industry advancements.
