Keeping track of nearly every part of my business has become much easier with this software. I find the usability excellent and it has made a noticeable difference in how I manage daily operations. I would definitely recommend it based on my experience.

Interface matches real-life workflows very well in my experience which made learning the system much faster for me. I was able to get fully comfortable with it in a short amount of time.

One strange downside was that we didn't get much help from the IT account reps or consultants. On the plus side, the interface itself is very simple to pick up and use.

Getting started was pretty confusing after I installed the app and it took some time to learn how the program worked and understand all the details.

Pros

Using this has been very practical for me. I really like being able to add our company logo along with all the invoice details we need. It also allows me to include taxes and additional customer fees when necessary. The built-in due date feature is especially helpful and sending payment reminders saves me a lot of follow-up work. I also appreciate having space for notes and Terms and Conditions directly on the invoice. One of my favorite features is the ability to create invoice templates for different services because it cuts down repetitive work and saves a lot of time. The option for customers to leave a tip is another feature I genuinely like.

One of the biggest advantages for me is the pay-as-you-go pricing option. The interface also feels very easy to understand and implementation was quick with very little training required.

Honestly, we haven't run into any downsides on our end. The setup was easy and we were able to get started immediately. It's an excellent piece of software.

“powerful asset tracking platform

Pros

Across several remote sites, this has probably been our most valuable tool for operations and maintenance management. I like how complete the platform feels while still adapting to our specific requirements through configurable fields. The asset register gives me a full view of equipment, including custom attributes, maintenance history and performance data. It also supports different work order types beyond just breakdowns and preventive maintenance. The interface feels clean and easy to navigate while still handling a large amount of detailed information. The mobile app makes entering data directly in the field much easier for our team. Features like condition monitoring and SCADA integration help us react early when warning signs appear. I also appreciate the dashboards, charts and tree structures because they make KPI tracking and daily monitoring much easier. The system scaled very well for us across multiple locations and the support team has been proactive and consistently helpful throughout the process.
