“responsive team and useful platform
Pros
From the first sales discussions through onboarding and continued support, the IT team has been excellent to work with in my experience. They respond quickly, provide solutions when needed and have made the overall process very positive. I also find the platform easy to access and navigate and it already included most of the features we needed. Because of that, we're able to give our customers convenient access to spare parts ordering, machine information and service booking tools.
Cons
Some of the more advanced features, like the AI tools, are really smart but we're not at the stage where we can make use of them yet. Still, it's helpful to know they're there for the future.
