After using it for around 12 months, we now manage our entire large equipment operation inside the platform. KPI tracking, performance indicators, cost management, daily checklists and counters are all handled there for us.
Cons
Every now and then, we run into issues with the app and have to clear the cache and enter a new key to log in. Aside from that, it works perfectly.

The mobile features have been a major advantage for us especially when managing OMs and handling the large amount of information stored in the system. I also value that it is always online and reliable since I honestly cannot remember the system ever going down over the years.
Cons
Dashboards still have room for improvement especially when it comes to adding some filters directly in the builder without having to create them first as static filters.

One of the biggest strengths for us is the way the system handles asset management. I find the preventive plans easy to organize and maintenance work orders can be logged from mobile devices in real time. Corrective actions are clearly specified and the flexible location setup makes registering information much easier for our team.
Cons
Real-time charts in the system still need improvement, although that part has been getting better. Also some members of the first-level support team still seem to lack the necessary expertise in certain situations.
