“Summer camp with very large campus
Pros
One aspect I like is that it is cloud-based, eliminating the need for any downloads. It offers reasonable pricing and allows us to track the repair history of vehicles or buildings.
Cons
I don't have any major complaints. I need to pay attention to keep up with the updates, and I believe we don't utilize all the features, so there's probably a lot that I'm unaware of. Are there any recorded user webinars available?

Pros
The implementation and use both are not complex at all. Setting up and configuring each agency is also exceptionally easy.
Cons
The mobile app doesn't match the quality of the web app.

I have nothing positive to say about this software.
Cons
The system is consistently slow and frequently logs you out while you're in the middle of work, wasting valuable time. Updates never seem to improve things for users, and the filters always need readjusting when refreshing the page, as they never revert to the previous state. We are never informed about any system issues. it would be helpful to receive notices instead of the unhelpful update emails when the system is down.

“Easy to use once you figure out where it all is.
Pros
I can make edits and create tickets on-site. The app requires a few extra steps compared to the online site, but it's not complicated or excessively time-consuming.
Cons
In the iOS app, the text input boxes don't support autocorrect and standard features like word suggestions and automatic capitalization after a period. I'm not sure why this problem occurs, but it leads to typos and incorrect capitalization since we've become reliant on autocorrect.

Pros
The best thing about it is the customer support. Whenever I encounter a problem, which has happened quite a few times, the support team is always there to assist.
Cons
The system isn't the most user-friendly, especially for non-tech-savvy individuals. Additionally, the available app is terrible. Most of the time, the pages get stuck loading and never progress.

Cons
As a non-administrator, I don't really have a least favorite aspect. Although I don't have access to some features, overall, I like the system.

Pros
Users find it very easy to submit work order requests, and staff can easily manage a list of pending orders.
Cons
It would be great to have more customization options for notifications regarding changes in work order status. Having actionable links in email notifications would be helpful. Additionally, an evaluation system for completed work orders would be highly beneficial.

“Maxpanda not worth the money
Pros
I'm not a fan of this product. I won't be using it now or in the future. Towards the end of my experience, it seemed like it was down more often than it was functioning.
Cons
It crashes at critical moments. Additionally, I can't delete vendors that are no longer in use. Some former employees gained unauthorized access and submitted work orders with nonsensical text, including one instance where they copied text from "War and Peace." I'm unsure if it was a virus or intentional, but I didn't want to take any chances. I canceled it, but I still receive work orders via email from people who forget and use it for submitting orders. I'm extremely dissatisfied with this product.

Pros
The functionality and ease of use are great. It's simple, intuitive, and basic.
Cons
The software updates and compatibility are problematic. The app is not compatible with all phones, specifically Samsung J3 Star and A10e, which are widely used in our company. Whenever an update is released, the app stops functioning on our phones. Currently, the app opens, but when I select a work order, it remains stuck on a loading screen. I've personally waited for over 45 minutes, but it never loaded. Moreover, the customer service and tech support need to provide better assistance than simply blaming the phone. It would be more helpful if they offered suggestions or actually attempted to troubleshoot the issue.

Pros
This software allows my facility to track all work orders and ensure completion. It holds employees accountable since work orders are assigned to individuals. Having desktop and mobile applications ensures that all users can access the program.
Cons
Using the software does require some time. Whenever a selection is made, the program reverts back to the previous screen, and I have to click to return to the screen and save additional data. Additionally, the mobile app requires ensuring that the latest version is downloaded; otherwise, all that appears is a spinning circle.

Cons
The file size attachment is too small for adding pictures, and pressing the backspace button undoes/reset all the information added to the work order, taking me back to the main screen.
