Pros
Our facilities department uses this system for work orders across our 20+ locations. It enables anyone to submit work orders specific to their location. The system provides tracking, the ability to put orders on hold, and includes a notes feature. It simplifies communication about work orders, ensuring everyone is on the same page.
Cons
Getting reports is much simpler now. I used to spend time searching and figuring out which one I needed.

Pros
Submitting general work order tickets as a user is easy. As an admin, reviewing the dashboard to check the status and progress of current work orders is very convenient.
Cons
The inability to customize fields on the work order screen hampers our ability to easily track expenses related to specific assets.

“Excellent poduct and easy to setup and use .
Pros
Both staff and guests find it easy to use. We like the scheduling of work orders and preventive maintenance, as well as the ability to assign multiple staff members to a job. Furthermore, the system allows us to precisely identify the job and its location.
Cons
It's frustrating not being able to assign the same job to multiple buildings.

Pros
The ease of use with Maxpanda is remarkable. Our maintenance team, production manager, admin and store managers can easily navigate the app or online platform to complete their maintenance management tasks. We also like the frequent software updates, as it seems like upgrades and improvements are consistently being made.
Cons
One area for improvement is the overall format of Maxpanda, which is more suitable for a typical large company with multiple buildings. It would be great if the format could be adjusted based on industry. For example, our 20+ restaurant company finds it less intuitive during the initial setup.

The customer service is exceptional. I had one primary issue with the mobile app, which wasn't a bug but rather a feature request. I shared my request with them, and they included it in the next software release.
Cons
The synchronization speed of the database is slightly slow on the mobile app, but they have acknowledged it and are actively working on it.

Pros
MaxPanda has improved significantly over the past couple of years. We also love the regular updates and their prompt responsiveness to help requests. Initially, when we started using the Android version, entering new work orders had some glitches, especially when scanning QR codes. The pre-filled information would sometimes get deleted and had to be re-entered. Additionally, the field name bars were too short, making it impossible to read the full descriptions, resulting in difficulty selecting the correct pre-filled entries. However, I recently used it for a new work order, and all those previous issues were resolved. It was a smooth and quick experience.
Cons
Last week, I attempted to upload picture attachments to an asset using my Samsung S10. I had renamed the pictures on my phone, but the attachments saved with different file names displaying the date and time. However, when I followed the same process through Chrome on my laptop, the renamed files saved with the correct new names. Additionally, MaxPanda doesn't handle preventive maintenance based on hours very effectively. For instance, if a machine requires service every 500 running hours, we have managed to find some workarounds, but the process is not seamless. Furthermore, the 10 Mb attachment size limit is frustrating. Some PDF manuals for certain assets exceed 10 Mb, and it restricts our ability to include them. It would also be beneficial if we could create folders within attachments, especially for assets. Although I haven't attempted it myself, based on discussions with our team, it seems complex if we want to review the history of an asset (such as a main engine) over several years. If we could create attachment folders, I could have one for each year to track photos, parts invoices, etc.

Excellent worth for the cost.
Cons
Personally, I really dislike the Work Order Summary at the top of the Work Order List. It occupies a significant portion of the screen and doesn't add any value for me. There should be an option to turn it off. Additionally, in the Work Order List, when you open a work order to view or edit it and then return to the list, it always resets to the top. This necessitates a lot of scrolling back down to where you were. It should return to the previous position on the list, which would significantly speed up the process of reviewing work orders.
