The ease of use with Maxpanda is remarkable. Our maintenance team, production manager, admin and store managers can easily navigate the app or online platform to complete their maintenance management tasks. We also like the frequent software updates, as it seems like upgrades and improvements are consistently being made.
Cons
One area for improvement is the overall format of Maxpanda, which is more suitable for a typical large company with multiple buildings. It would be great if the format could be adjusted based on industry. For example, our 20+ restaurant company finds it less intuitive during the initial setup.

The customer service is exceptional. I had one primary issue with the mobile app, which wasn't a bug but rather a feature request. I shared my request with them, and they included it in the next software release.

MaxPanda has improved significantly over the past couple of years. We also love the regular updates and their prompt responsiveness to help requests. Initially, when we started using the Android version, entering new work orders had some glitches, especially when scanning QR codes. The pre-filled information would sometimes get deleted and had to be re-entered. Additionally, the field name bars were too short, making it impossible to read the full descriptions, resulting in difficulty selecting the correct pre-filled entries. However, I recently used it for a new work order, and all those previous issues were resolved. It was a smooth and quick experience.
Cons
Last week, I attempted to upload picture attachments to an asset using my Samsung S10. I had renamed the pictures on my phone, but the attachments saved with different file names displaying the date and time. However, when I followed the same process through Chrome on my laptop, the renamed files saved with the correct new names. Additionally, MaxPanda doesn't handle preventive maintenance based on hours very effectively. For instance, if a machine requires service every 500 running hours, we have managed to find some workarounds, but the process is not seamless. Furthermore, the 10 Mb attachment size limit is frustrating. Some PDF manuals for certain assets exceed 10 Mb, and it restricts our ability to include them. It would also be beneficial if we could create folders within attachments, especially for assets. Although I haven't attempted it myself, based on discussions with our team, it seems complex if we want to review the history of an asset (such as a main engine) over several years. If we could create attachment folders, I could have one for each year to track photos, parts invoices, etc.

Personally, I really dislike the Work Order Summary at the top of the Work Order List. It occupies a significant portion of the screen and doesn't add any value for me. There should be an option to turn it off. Additionally, in the Work Order List, when you open a work order to view or edit it and then return to the list, it always resets to the top. This necessitates a lot of scrolling back down to where you were. It should return to the previous position on the list, which would significantly speed up the process of reviewing work orders.

Cons
The system is consistently slow and frequently logs you out while you're in the middle of work, wasting valuable time. Updates never seem to improve things for users, and the filters always need readjusting when refreshing the page, as they never revert to the previous state. We are never informed about any system issues. it would be helpful to receive notices instead of the unhelpful update emails when the system is down.

I can make edits and create tickets on-site. The app requires a few extra steps compared to the online site, but it's not complicated or excessively time-consuming.
Cons
In the iOS app, the text input boxes don't support autocorrect and standard features like word suggestions and automatic capitalization after a period. I'm not sure why this problem occurs, but it leads to typos and incorrect capitalization since we've become reliant on autocorrect.

I'm not a fan of this product. I won't be using it now or in the future. Towards the end of my experience, it seemed like it was down more often than it was functioning.
Cons
It crashes at critical moments. Additionally, I can't delete vendors that are no longer in use. Some former employees gained unauthorized access and submitted work orders with nonsensical text, including one instance where they copied text from "War and Peace." I'm unsure if it was a virus or intentional, but I didn't want to take any chances. I canceled it, but I still receive work orders via email from people who forget and use it for submitting orders. I'm extremely dissatisfied with this product.

The functionality and ease of use are great. It's simple, intuitive, and basic.
Cons
The software updates and compatibility are problematic. The app is not compatible with all phones, specifically Samsung J3 Star and A10e, which are widely used in our company. Whenever an update is released, the app stops functioning on our phones. Currently, the app opens, but when I select a work order, it remains stuck on a loading screen. I've personally waited for over 45 minutes, but it never loaded. Moreover, the customer service and tech support need to provide better assistance than simply blaming the phone. It would be more helpful if they offered suggestions or actually attempted to troubleshoot the issue.

This software allows my facility to track all work orders and ensure completion. It holds employees accountable since work orders are assigned to individuals. Having desktop and mobile applications ensures that all users can access the program.
Cons
Using the software does require some time. Whenever a selection is made, the program reverts back to the previous screen, and I have to click to return to the screen and save additional data. Additionally, the mobile app requires ensuring that the latest version is downloaded; otherwise, all that appears is a spinning circle.

Cons
There are very few drawbacks to using Maxpanda CMMS. Most issues seem to arise from user error. If the entire team isn't fully on board, it can be a bit of a hassle to determine what has been taken care of and what hasn't.

The ease of use with Maxpanda is remarkable. Our maintenance team, production manager, admin and store managers can easily navigate the app or online platform to complete their maintenance management tasks. We also like the frequent software updates, as it seems like upgrades and improvements are consistently being made.
Cons
One area for improvement is the overall format of Maxpanda, which is more suitable for a typical large company with multiple buildings. It would be great if the format could be adjusted based on industry. For example, our 20+ restaurant company finds it less intuitive during the initial setup.

MaxPanda has improved significantly over the past couple of years. We also love the regular updates and their prompt responsiveness to help requests. Initially, when we started using the Android version, entering new work orders had some glitches, especially when scanning QR codes. The pre-filled information would sometimes get deleted and had to be re-entered. Additionally, the field name bars were too short, making it impossible to read the full descriptions, resulting in difficulty selecting the correct pre-filled entries. However, I recently used it for a new work order, and all those previous issues were resolved. It was a smooth and quick experience.
Cons
Last week, I attempted to upload picture attachments to an asset using my Samsung S10. I had renamed the pictures on my phone, but the attachments saved with different file names displaying the date and time. However, when I followed the same process through Chrome on my laptop, the renamed files saved with the correct new names. Additionally, MaxPanda doesn't handle preventive maintenance based on hours very effectively. For instance, if a machine requires service every 500 running hours, we have managed to find some workarounds, but the process is not seamless. Furthermore, the 10 Mb attachment size limit is frustrating. Some PDF manuals for certain assets exceed 10 Mb, and it restricts our ability to include them. It would also be beneficial if we could create folders within attachments, especially for assets. Although I haven't attempted it myself, based on discussions with our team, it seems complex if we want to review the history of an asset (such as a main engine) over several years. If we could create attachment folders, I could have one for each year to track photos, parts invoices, etc.

Personally, I really dislike the Work Order Summary at the top of the Work Order List. It occupies a significant portion of the screen and doesn't add any value for me. There should be an option to turn it off. Additionally, in the Work Order List, when you open a work order to view or edit it and then return to the list, it always resets to the top. This necessitates a lot of scrolling back down to where you were. It should return to the previous position on the list, which would significantly speed up the process of reviewing work orders.

Updates never seem to improve things for users, and the filters always need readjusting when refreshing the page, as they never revert to the previous state. We are never informed about any system issues. it would be helpful to receive notices instead of the unhelpful update emails when the system is down.

In the iOS app, the text input boxes don't support autocorrect and standard features like word suggestions and automatic capitalization after a period. I'm not sure why this problem occurs, but it leads to typos and incorrect capitalization since we've become reliant on autocorrect.

I'm not a fan of this product. I won't be using it now or in the future. Towards the end of my experience, it seemed like it was down more often than it was functioning.
Cons
It crashes at critical moments. Additionally, I can't delete vendors that are no longer in use. Some former employees gained unauthorized access and submitted work orders with nonsensical text, including one instance where they copied text from "War and Peace." I'm unsure if it was a virus or intentional, but I didn't want to take any chances. I canceled it, but I still receive work orders via email from people who forget and use it for submitting orders. I'm extremely dissatisfied with this product.

Cons
The software updates and compatibility are problematic. The app is not compatible with all phones, specifically Samsung J3 Star and A10e, which are widely used in our company. Whenever an update is released, the app stops functioning on our phones. Currently, the app opens, but when I select a work order, it remains stuck on a loading screen. I've personally waited for over 45 minutes, but it never loaded. Moreover, the customer service and tech support need to provide better assistance than simply blaming the phone. It would be more helpful if they offered suggestions or actually attempted to troubleshoot the issue.

Cons
Using the software does require some time. Whenever a selection is made, the program reverts back to the previous screen, and I have to click to return to the screen and save additional data. Additionally, the mobile app requires ensuring that the latest version is downloaded; otherwise, all that appears is a spinning circle.
