Overall, I appreciated how friendly and thorough the service felt. That is why it became confusing and frustrating for me that they would not stand by what they promised.
Cons
My biggest frustration was that the door-knocker, Boston, said they would cover any cancellation fees involved in switching and that never happened. To me, keeping their word should matter more than holding onto $127.00 so that was definitely disappointing.

Everything about the platform feels easy and user-friendly. I can set up clients, book their services and finish service reports without running into any problems. It's honestly the best option I've seen for pest control businesses that need sales, invoicing, reporting and great record keeping all in one place.
Cons
One thing that would make it even better is the ability to add a personalized floor plan or map for each client. That would be really useful for mud maps for in-ground termite stations, as well as commercial site maps especially for HACCP locations.

Using it feels very easy and everything I need is right there when I need it. On the occasions I've needed help, the company has also been available to assist.
Cons
Getting Xero and Stripe configured was a little tricky at first but with support from my accountant, I was able to get it sorted out.

the customer support has been the best I've dealt with. The team is consistently helpful, they genuinely listen to feedback and it's clear they act on suggestions. I also really appreciate how simple it is to edit reports which is a big advantage. On top of that, the system as a whole is quick to learn and easy to use.
Cons
It would be much better if there were automated 6- to 12-month reminders for customers, along with ready-made templates to send them. Manually following up with repeat customers takes a lot of time. A drawing tool for photos and certificates would also be a really useful addition.

Using this has been very easy from the start for me. The interface feels simple, the reporting is built in and everything runs quickly without feeling sluggish.
Cons
The CRM side isn't as fully featured as some competing platforms yet but those capabilities are on the roadmap and the pricing is more attractive.

Booking feels very easy for me and I find it really useful being able to notify clients about job status directly from the booking. I also appreciate that weather conditions load automatically which saves time and keeps everything in one place.

Scheduling appointments in the calendar is very easy in my experience and it works especially well for technicians who need to check things remotely on their phones. They can see live appointment updates and their own customized schedules which helps them stay organized and work more efficiently on the job. I also find it very useful that report templates can be edited and saved to match our company's needs which makes preparing client reports much quicker.
Cons
One limitation is that the calendar can't be accessed while creating reports so you have to keep switching between pages to check updates. It would also be much better if the calendar page could refresh while you're on it, since right now you can't see changes or updates come through without moving away and back again.
