clear views and smart alerts

Pros

Getting the information I need is quick for me because everything is visible at a glance. I also like that it offers several views that can be customized well and the email notifications are detailed and adjustable at a very granular level.

Cons

Interface used to feel a bit less polished and not as thoughtfully designed. That said, a recent update revamped it and now it feels much more considered and user-friendly.

simple tracking and clear history

Pros

Using it has been very easy for me. I get a digital, time-stamped record for every request and I can also review past requests along with their completion status which I find very helpful.

Cons

Up to this point, I haven't run into any issues while using the system.

Clear status tracking

Pros

very user-friendly work orders

Pros

Completing work orders with this software feels incredibly easy in my experience. I find it very user friendly and I really don't need any technical skills to complete a work order. Honestly, I see it as about as foolproof as it gets.

google sign-in and faster fixes

Pros

Logging in with Google is really convenient for me and I find it helpful that I can enter all the details like room number, the problem and the type of maintenance needed. I also appreciate having access to my history of submitted and completed work orders because it helps me avoid duplicate requests and lets me see how long something has been waiting. It also saves me from having to track down busy custodial staff just to report an issue. Since the custodial team can all view the requests, different staff members are able to complete them which has been incredibly helpful for me.

Fast routing and quick turnaround

Pros

Requests get submitted for review and I can see how they are prioritized properly and routed to the right departments without delay.

Cons

I really don't have anything to complain about. They reach the correct people quickly and are handled in a timely manner.

handy photo-based maintenance requests

Pros

At my workplace, this is how we handle maintenance requests and from my perspective it works really well. I can send in a request, the maintenance team sees it right away and issues get resolved quickly. I also find it very useful that I can attach photos and I appreciate being able to go back and edit details after submitting.

Cons

It seems like the platform probably has additional features available but I'm not really familiar with them or using them at this point.

maintenance scheduling done right!

Pros

Immediately, I can see which critical and high-priority items need to be scheduled first. I also like that I can track time management for each work order incident which is really helpful for me. Another advantage I see is that multiple employees can add notes and update progress on critical issues so the status always stays current. I can also schedule and assign preventative maintenance through it. The software feels user friendly and quick to learn in my experience. It has become essential for maintaining my building and as a supervisor, I would definitely recommend it.

Cons

Compared with the system we used before, I honestly do not see anything that needs improvement at this time.

helpful work order updates

Pros

One feature I have found especially useful is being able to rate the work order afterward. I also like that I can leave a comment requesting to be notified when someone plans to come and handle the issue. If a repair is completed after hours, I still receive a completion notice which I really appreciate.

Cons

The drop-down menus do not always let me pick the exact item request I need because the options feel too generic. That said, it's usually something I can clarify in the comment box.

excellent for accountability

Pros

I found it very easy to get used to and I really enjoy being able to read the notes left by the people completing the task. I find it an excellent tool for data collection and for keeping everyone accountable.

Pros

Submitting a work order is very easy in my experience and doesn't take much effort which makes the process very user-friendly for me.

fast booking updates

Pros

Using it feels very easy and quick to me and once the job is done, I receive a message letting me know the order has been completed.

Cons

Before I was told about this system, I used to call and walk around the building trying to find maintenance whenever I needed help. Once I started using the software, it was very simple to work with.

Helpful request communication

Pros

fast ticket routing and updates

Pros

One thing that really works well for me is how quickly employees can spot an issue, set the priority and send it to the right people without any confusion. I also find it helpful that it emails a copy of the tech ticket, keeping everyone informed.

Cons

The software itself works fine but there are times when tickets take longer than expected to get handled.

Pros

Submitting a request is one of the best parts of this software for me. The whole process feels very easy and simple to complete.

Cons

My concern is not really with the software itself but more with some of the setup choices that were entered by the administrator.
