Getting comfortable with it didn't take much time for me which was a big plus and I also saw how it made things much easier for some of the older engineers on our team to start using it confidently.
Cons
One issue we run into is that parts of the Excel sheet sometimes get lost when we print it out as a PDF.

“perfect fit for our growth
Pros
It turned out to be a really valuable tool for me in getting the Facility at Rudie's up and running. Since the platform was still in its early adopter phase, it matched our growth journey well. I was able to bring it in from the beginning and grow alongside it, helping shape how the system developed over time.
Cons
There were a few frustrating issues around filtering and sorting the backlog but those have been fixed in the latest update.
