Pros
From every interaction I've had, the customer service has been outstanding. Whenever I contact my account executive, he responds quickly and always follows up in a timely way. Attending the training in Chicago and working alongside the IT team made it clear that they truly collaborate well to deliver exceptional service. I was honestly amazed by how many features were introduced during training.
Cons
The only issue on my end is that I can't use the chat feature, although that seems to be related to our network rather than the software itself.

The standout benefits for me are KPI reporting, data analysis and asset accountability. These features have been really useful and dependable in day-to-day work.
Cons

Pros
Having everything for our facility operations in a single place has been a big advantage. Our work order system, PM schedules and equipment details are all accessible through the itOne interface so it keeps the information centralized and convenient to manage.
Cons
One area that could be better is license visibility. When the license limit is reached, there's no clear way to see which users are currently occupying those licenses and an admin has to manually remove or boot an inactive user.
