“Centralized coordination setup”
Pros
It felt like a tool with a lot of potential for me. The support team has been excellent and really helps tailor the application to the level we need. Having all the necessary information centralized in one platform also makes coordination much better and gives teams clearer visibility.
Cons
Getting started can be challenging because the platform is fairly complex for new users and takes some initial guidance to use effectively. On top of that, the interface could be improved to feel more simple and user-friendly which would lower the learning curve and make the overall experience better.
