“powerful tracking and billing
Pros
It covers a lot in one place for me, including tracking, messaging, follow-up tools, billing and other day-to-day functions which makes it very capable overall.
Cons
The biggest frustration is that it only performs properly in Internet Explorer. If the system closes or logs you out, you cannot get back in right away and usually have to wait about five minutes before it lets you sign in again. Also, when searching by tracking, location, or request number, the task tab will not immediately reload the full list so you're stuck waiting there too.

“handy office tools
Pros
Calling it an office assistant feels accurate because it comes with the office features I need. It includes commercial property tools, invoicing, trackers and automatic pop-up notifications which makes it very useful for daily work.
Cons
I haven't come across any technical issues in the software but the customer support sometimes doesn't work as well as it should.

“full workflow visibility
Pros
From the moment a work order is created to the time it is completed, I find entering and tracking everything very easy. I never feel any confusion about where a work order sits in the process. The system already includes almost everything needed and when something is missing, I see that it can be customized to fit our profile. Another big plus for me is that vendors can sign in and submit documents or invoices without any added cost.
Cons
It's honestly difficult to point out much wrong with this software but I would still like to see more flexibility when it comes to adding or customizing statuses and adjusting the work order page to better match our clients' specific needs.

Pros
Keeping maintenance work organized has been much better for me with this program. I find it lets me schedule tasks, stay on top of them and track all my maintenance activities in a much more efficient way.
Cons
Dashboard could be a bit more simple, although it still gives me a useful view of work order volumes and helps me visualize the amount of work coming in.

Having one place to submit everything is really helpful for me especially compared to having to call someone every time something breaks in the store.
Cons
The work order options are too vague so I end up choosing the wrong one pretty often because it's not clear what each category is for.

Pros
One of the best parts I've experienced is how well the service adapts as our business changes. We have been able to customize it to fit new demands and even after more than doubling our store count, it has continued to perform without issues. I also appreciate that we haven't needed to add any extra IT infrastructure to support the system.
Cons
A few features do need to be customized before the package fully fits the way we operate but that's probably true with any CMMS. It's unrealistic to expect any system to match a business's needs 100% right out of the box.

“all-in-one workflow win
Pros
Getting requests, adding notes, viewing photos and handling invoicing all feel conveniently managed in one place for me. I also find it really helpful to look back at previous requests for the same locations.
Cons
One thing I'd really like is the ability to accept new requests from a phone. One of our customers doesn't let us reply to the email with "Accept" or "Decline," so we still need access to a desktop for that.

“invoicing works really well
Pros
Right now I'm mainly using the invoicing side of it and I find it easy to work with. I am still getting familiar with the system and learning my way around but overall it has been easy enough for me to use.
Cons
What slows me down is having to enter every part separately which takes a lot of time. We already attach a copy of the invoice that includes the full parts breakdown so repeating all of that feels very time-consuming.

Software feels simple to me and I can see there are still plenty of features I haven't explored yet. It is packed with useful information about my stores and I find the backend support from Core 7 outstanding.
Cons
The biggest downside that comes to mind is not being able to customize the terminology, like trades, equipment and similar labels.

Honestly, I don't find anything about this product particularly positive in my experience. I find Service Channel and Corrigo Pro much easier to work with, with cleaner layouts and better overall format.
Cons
Compared with other facility management platforms, this one feels very outdated. Other companies already offer online access and mobile apps that let our technicians check in and out which makes this product feel behind the curve. It also runs slower than the other systems I use so uploading proposals takes more time than it should. On top of that, the overall look of the product feels old and out of date.

“helpful PO# reference but too many steps

A reference number (PO#) for payment is definitely helpful to me and makes that part of the process more manageable. I had to use other characters to complete that step but it still helped in the end.
Cons
The process has too many steps overall. You have to schedule the delivery, mark it when it arrives on site and then deal with a pending invoice again once pickup is scheduled.

Pros
Across two of our client accounts, I find this to be the best and simplest software we have worked with. Compared with other facility maintenance platforms, it feels far more user-friendly and better organized. Everything from service requests to invoicing is well put together and I find the whole system genuinely pleasant to use. On top of that, the support team has been excellent whenever we have needed help.
Cons
One thing that could be improved is the email function. When a team member needs to send our company a copy of notes that were sent to the client, that message does not route back through the system.

Everything feels well organized and simple to use in my experience and I find the cataloging makes future reference much easier. It works as a one-stop solution for comprehensive service management which has been really valuable for us.
Cons
Nothing significant comes to mind at the moment. That said, it would be nice to see a more personalized approach for different industries and their specific requirements.

The support team has been excellent in my experience and I find the system very user-friendly. Its reporting features meet our customers' needs and also help us guide them through the process effectively.
Cons
One downside is the high cost of making small changes. It would be much better if we could handle minor updates ourselves, like deleting vendors and similar adjustments.

This tool has been simple for me and I find the customer service outstanding. The team is always helpful and quick to respond. It also does a really good job of helping us keep track of expenses and items needed for our locations.
Cons
Honestly, I do not have anything negative to say. I have not run into any issues or had any complaints. It has been an excellent system overall and the customer support has consistently been reliable. I have never had any problems with it.
