“clear reports and simple workflow

Pros

Compared with other tools in the same space, I find the interface much more easy. Even people without a technical or engineering background can get into it, navigate it and follow the process without much trouble. Once the technical data is entered, I find the verification process very simple and easy to work through. The report generation is thorough and the final reports are clear and easy to read.

Cons

The only issue I've run into has been with customer service. When an entry needs to be changed by the administrators, communication can become a bit frustrating because of the time zone difference. It also feels like the support staff are either not fully equipped to handle these requests or don't have the authority needed to make the required changes.

Pros

One thing I really appreciate is how user-friendly the interface is in my experience. It does not rely on heavy technical or programming terms so it is much easier for me to understand what each module is actually meant for.

Cons

I haven't really come across any major drawbacks and if anything does come up, the commsoft support team is able to sort it out.
