“upgrade frustrations and limits
Pros
At first glance, I thought the upgrade looked much better visually and the system has been reliable with no downtime problems. Support also deserves credit because they respond very quickly whenever we have questions. The overall design and core workflow fit our property management business nicely especially the way it handles a work order from the initial request, through progress tracking and labor/materials recording, all the way to final billing.
Cons
There are several frustrating drawbacks. The search function is limited and moving from screen to screen is not as simple as it should be. An upgrade that was supposed to take only a few months ended up dragging on for more than a year while issues were being resolved and the training provided was not enough. Setting up buildings, workers and requestors is tough and difficult. We have used this system since 2008 and before the upgrade the Wizards could handle just about any customization we needed which felt almost magical. After the upgrade, there are now many more restrictions on the customizations my business depends on. We were also told photo drag-and-drop would be available but that still is not the case.

At times the system lags during searches and that can get pretty frustrating.

Pros
Work orders usually come through pretty quickly for us which is helpful. That said, I've noticed the process tends to be slower on Android devices since it runs through a basic web interface instead of a real app.
Cons
If you're using an Android phone, there's not much you can really do with work orders or tickets because the functionality is very limited.

“user-friendly and quick to set up
Pros
The platform feels very user-friendly to me and is simple to customize which made the onboarding process pretty easy. Setup was fast and we were able to begin using it right away. Another big plus is the support team, I've found them always helpful whenever we have questions.
Cons
One thing I'd still like to see improved is the filtering. When searching for another ticket, having to keep going back gets a bit frustrating.
