From my experience, it has been easy to use especially because the support team and staff are readily available whenever troubleshooting comes up or help is needed during implementation.
Cons
One thing missing is a dedicated mobile app, whether for Apple or Android devices.

“daily accountability done right”
Pros
A big advantage for us has been how simple this software is to work with and I find it helps keep staff accountable every day. Another thing I really appreciate is the development team, they're responsive, open to ideas and genuinely willing to help come up with solutions.
Cons
Honestly can't think of anything I dislike about the software.
