“Customizable and reliable support”

What stands out most to me is the simplicity and level of customization. I also find EDP always available and willing to handle any request that comes up.

Cons

While using it especially for archive fields, machines, maintenance orders and interventions, I haven't come across any obvious issues.

Right from the start, I found the interface simple, navigation is clear, well organized and all the features are easy to reach. Another big plus for me is the excellent support, the development team is always available and proactive especially when it comes to suggesting tailored solutions for specific needs. The software also offers full coverage of maintenance operations, from planning and reporting issues to data analysis. On top of that, I find it has a strong level of flexibility, with plenty of customization options to fit different industries and business environments.

Cons

Some of the more advanced features take a little time to fully understand and use effectively but the technical support team helps close that gap very quickly.

Language management especially when the system is installed in different countries, could be improved in my opinion. In particular, the translation of some terms into French is not always completely accurate.

The app feels fast and consistently reliable to me and the desktop version has a clear, simple interface that works well even for people who are not very familiar with management software. I find the intervention scheduling feature accurate and it gives full control over processes, helping reduce both time and costs.

The warehouse and spare parts interface feels complicated and it is often difficult to find the right information to match warehouse records with the actual situation without going through several steps.

I don't really have anything negative to point out. If I had to mention something, having a bit more autonomy to modify system data would be useful.

What really stands out for me is the simplicity and clarity. It helped us understand the system logic right away making the shift from a paper-based, call-driven process to a structured and flexible system feel much lighter.

Since we are a multinational company, not being able to manage multiple languages and multiple companies within the same installation is a limitation, even though we have found a workaround for it at the moment.

We've been using this software for maintenance management for several months and have been very satisfied with it. The interface is clear and the features match our operational needs perfectly. The only point worth mentioning is the initial learning curve some of the more advanced functions take a little time to fully understand and use effectively. That said, once you get familiar with the system, it becomes very efficient and easy to work with. It's an excellent choice for anyone looking for a complete and reliable management tool.

“Powerful dashboards and full control”

Pros

This CMMS works well for me at every level, it's easy when opening and reporting interventions, yet also capable of much more advanced data analysis and scheduling which makes it feel truly complete. I also find the dashboards very well designed and genuinely useful, with plenty of freedom to customize them. Another big advantage is that all databases and pages can be exported quickly to Excel, in addition to the built-in statistics already available in the software. It provides real-time visibility into maintenance monitoring, operations and planning.

Cons

There are a few limitations when it comes to preventing accidental duplicate spare parts especially in multi-plant setups with a shared warehouse managed by several users. It's nothing unmanageable but it definitely calls for a bit more care during the coding phase. The app is also missing some warehouse management functions compared with the PC version, such as load/unload registrations beyond inventory, including purchases and transfers.

It's a very complete product for managing service interventions and spare-parts inventory, with advanced functionality throughout. I also find the support service excellent and I really appreciate how willing the team is to accommodate specific needs.

Cons

Like any product with a lot of customization potential, it can take a few adjustments to fine-tune everything properly.
