Pros

I recently started using Prometheus for one of my projects. It is straightforward and quite easy to use. It helped me monitor various metrics for my Spring Boot app. You can integrate it with Graphene to get the data in a much clearer and more accessible way.

Cons

I have no complaints about using Prometheus. It's an excellent tool. I just wish I had discovered it sooner.

Integrating with other tools can be challenging due to the complexities each one brings, and the need to normalize data to fully utilize them.

If a field isn't already present, we need to request its addition through a development request.

The tool is intuitive and easy to navigate. The Gantt feature and capacity balancing are excellent. It's also simple to transition from MS Project.

Cons

Some of the cost calculation fields are more difficult to program with our configuration.

It's easy to use and integrates seamlessly into our existing SAP platform. The tool aligns well with our business process model for maintenance and reliability, utilizing SAP for our CMMS. Prometheus customer service is quick to respond and assist with any issues.

Cons

I can't think of any drawbacks to acquiring this software; it has been beneficial for our organization in the long term.

The software features seemed useful in the demos, but I was not fully able to test all of them with our own data.

Cons

I couldn't fully see the software's capabilities as our system's data wasn't available during the demo.

I'm grateful for the simplicity of this product. Additionally, I appreciate that it was created with input from users.

Cons

Nothing comes to mind. Perhaps the need to pay for a license.

Pros

I like the simplicity and Prometheus's willingness to adapt the software to our needs. Implementation time was relatively short as well.

Cons

It's not entirely tailored for our industry, but the Prometheus team worked hard to meet our needs.
