“fantastic fit for small business”
Pros
Right from the start, I found this platform fit our small business really well. It covers the scope and capabilities we need, works nicely with other integrations and comes at a cost that makes sense for us. Another big reason we chose it was the ongoing support included with the products, without any surprise or hidden fees.
Cons
At this point, I honestly haven't come across a real downside. If I had to mention something, it would be that the QMS module is separate from the inventory system but the convenient integration between the two makes that hardly an issue.
