Everything feels like it blends together. It would be much easier to navigate if sections were clearly separated or if headers were bolded.

The training team did a great job with what they were given. However, this system is really designed for the crane industry, not for heavy haul. If you are in heavy haul or specialized transportation, it is probably not worth your time.

Unfortunately extra steps were added to a lot of our processes. It now takes about seven additional steps just to print a form for dispatch and around ten extra steps in billing. Deployment timeframes were not met and the system still needs a lot of development. We faced issues from the beginning and although they tried to fix them, the workarounds created extra challenges that even the training staff found excessive.

Setting up this product was incredibly simple. The Redlist team was amazing to work with and guided us through every step of the setup process.
