“Poor early user experience”
Pros
Starting out with it hasn't felt very user-friendly for me so far and I haven't come across any standout features or major strengths yet in my experience.
Cons
Its integration with payroll programs is weak and only a limited number of employees can contact customer service. On top of that, making changes in the system is frustrating and not handled well.

“Flexible ERP accounting system”
Pros
One of the biggest strengths of this ERP, in my view, is how flexible it is. I can use it for many different activities, from accounting to invoicing, with an integrated logic similar to SAP but without the same level of limitation. It also includes modules for warehouse management, inventory and costing, although in our case I haven't needed to use those features.
Cons
The license cost is quite high and customer support is not always immediately available when issues come up.

“Versatile integrated operations suite”
Pros
What I really appreciate about this software is how versatile it is and how well the integrated system works. In my experience, it's built with a logic similar to SAP, allowing different departments to connect effectively, whether in a public institution like mine or in a private company. I've been able to use it as a tool for creating, managing and monitoring work orders and it also works well as an ERP solution that I would definitely recommend.
Cons
It is certainly not inexpensive and above all, customization takes time and involves processes that are not immediate. In my opinion, the interface could also be improved.

“Affordable accounting reporting”
Pros
Compared with many competing programs I've used, this one is definitely much more affordable in my experience. It lets my company manage both industrial and analytical accounting through warehouse valuation and customizable reports.
Cons
It is not an integrated system like SAP but of course that depends on what someone is actually looking for in a software solution.

“Complete service management tool”
Pros
Right away, I noticed that it covers a very broad range of service management functions. It brings together tools that help simplify day-to-day operations, from scheduling and dispatching to work order handling and inventory management. Being able to assign and follow up on tasks efficiently, track technician performance and stay on top of customer requests has made a noticeable difference in my productivity and overall workflow. On top of that, its integration with financial modules and reporting tools has helped me with smoother billing and provided useful insights through analytics.
Cons
Overall, my experience with it Enterprise was positive but getting started took a while because of the learning curve. Since the platform has so many capabilities and a feature-packed interface, it wasn't something I could fully understand and use effectively right away. New users may need extra training or support before they can really take advantage of everything it offers. It would also be better if the software included more advanced customization options especially for adjusting the interface and workflows to better match specific business needs.

“Simple SAP alternative”
Pros
Compared with SAP, I find this software much less limited and far more easy to use. Our company chose it as an alternative to SAP, also because I felt the purchase costs were lower and that decision has worked out well in my opinion.
Cons
Automatic report creation could definitely be simpler and faster. Exporting many reports to Excel is also quite difficult and that part still needs improvement.

“Easy scheduling management flow”
Pros
Scheduling and management work really well in my experience and getting comfortable with the software didn't take me long at all. I find it easy to learn and simple to use on a daily basis.
Cons
Up to this point, I haven't run into any problems with the software and no one on our team who uses it has mentioned any complaints either. Overall, I think it's been excellent.

“Smart alert automation feature”
Pros
One of the biggest benefits I've experienced is the alert feature which notifies me or the right employee early so issues can be reviewed before they grow into bigger problems. It also helps automate routine tasks, making my overall workflow much more efficient.
Cons
A downside is that the TechAnywhere feature which provides field access to current information and work orders, is only available on Android phones. Because of that, iPhone users are left without access to that functionality.
