“AI driven energy analytics”

Pros

AI and machine learning are used effectively here and I can see how they help model energy consumption and detect anomalies that can then be corrected.

Cons

The interface still feels like a work in progress. Data search has definitely improved since the project started but it still isn't very fluid.

Pros

On a daily basis, I find it very useful for keeping an eye on the vehicle fleet especially to track which vehicles or equipment are stopped, why they are stopped and for how long.

Cons

It takes a bit of clicking around to find the information you need. There are also some searches I still haven't figured out how to do properly, like starting from a reference year and quickly identifying the most important or impactful downtime events.

Being cloud-based is a real advantage in my view and I've found the user experience very direct and simple right from the start.

At first, the lack of an Italian language option was a drawback, although it was promptly added with the first update.

Having all the data available makes it much easier for me to make the right decisions. I also find that the customer support team is always ready to help whenever needed.

At the beginning, there were a few limitations and some features that hadn't been developed yet. However, the development team listened to our needs and quickly organized themselves to address them as soon as possible.

Not long ago, the internet and "real life" felt like two separate worlds but I now see that this tool bridges that gap by turning physical assets into sources of digital data. Once that information is digitized, I can analyze it and take corrective action very precisely, with very fast response times. What struck me most is its flexibility, at my company, we used it to add QR codes to a mailing and instantly get data on openings but I can also apply it to workplace safety. Once the basics are understood, I feel there's very little limit to how it can be used.

Cons

At the time I was using it, the graphic customization options were still fairly limited. That said, the development team was very responsive, immediately took our feedback on board and has already made changes in that area.

Built around our specific needs, this software has given us outstanding flexibility in terms of design, management and day-to-day use. It matched our requirements very well. I've been able to create a full monitoring process for both energy consumption and plant performance, while also digitalizing, managing and tracking maintenance performance across a wide range of assets.

Cons

Nothing specific to point out. Whenever any issue came up or we suggested possible improvements, everything was addressed quickly and adjusted to fit our needs.

Using a more data-driven approach has made a real difference in my experience especially by automating tasks that used to take up a lot of time. I've seen users become very satisfied and the benefits became visible quite quickly with tangible results.

At the beginning, it was a bit challenging to get users to understand and adopt this new approach. That said, managing the project in an agile way helped a lot, leading to fast progress and results that were immediately noticeable.

Installation and setup were both easy in my case and I found one of the biggest strengths to be the excellent support provided by the company behind the software.

There are no particular weak points to mention. That said, it's worth noting that the end user still needs to put in the effort to clearly define the software's scope of use and handle the fine-tuning.

One thing that really stands out to me is how incredibly flexible it is when adapting to customer needs. I've also experienced excellent support, with a high level of involvement and a real willingness to help with innovative developments.

Honestly, nothing negative to point out. The only initial difficulty was figuring out the best method for data exchange but that was more of a structural issue within my company than a problem with the Scoops software itself.

Getting started with this product was easy in my experience and I find that it includes all the features my company needs. It keeps improving over time which is another big plus for me. On top of that, I've found the customer support team extremely professional, responsive and efficient.

The best part, in my opinion, is how easy it is to integrate it with the business tools we already use every day and even our operators use it without difficulty thanks to a truly user-friendly experience.

There's nothing in particular to report as a negative aspect, if I really have to point out a small area for improvement, I would just say to take a little more care with some of the dashboard graphics.

The software has a user-friendly interface in my experience, with clear and simple features both for end users and for those uploading content and managing its organization.

There were a few minor temporary issues with document uploads via drag and drop and with recording the correct location when using geolocation. They were resolved quickly thanks to the staff's fast support.
