From my experience, the software has been very flexible right from the start and I can usually find a way to handle whatever process I need. I also find the support team excellent, our business development manager is always reachable and very helpful whenever something comes up. It was also very easy for both my employees and our clients to learn how to use the software.

A few processes and modules still need clearer definition and there are some functions that still need to be developed. That said, because the support team is available and so willing to help, these gaps have not really held us back.

Getting started and putting it into practice has been very easy in my experience. I also find that it scales well, whether I'm deploying it for a single asset or across full building portfolios in multiple countries.

In practical use, it's hard to point to any major issues or real downsides with the software or the collaboration with the provider.

One of the biggest advantages for me is how well it integrates with IoT devices and I also see it as a very cost-effective solution. I especially value the transparency, as Velis Real Estate Tech is open to client ideas and adapts the software based on specific requirements.

They do roll out software updates regularly which is good but there are still a few areas where they could improve even more. Hopefully those enhancements will come in the next few months.

Honestly, the only downside is that we didn't come across this software sooner. I really don't have any actual complaints.
