One thing that really helps me is how it can document actions visually and I also find it reassuring that support is available whenever I'm unsure about something.

There's honestly nothing significant to mention here since it already covers everything the way we want it to.

It has really aligned my maintenance work in my experience and made it much easier for me to stay organized and keep everything on track efficiently.

Cons

One thing I'd really like to see is an option to automatically schedule recurring tasks, such as routine inspections, instead of having to create them manually every single time.

The graphical user interface is very simple for me to work with and I find it offers a satisfying range of tools that cover my needs.

It would be even better if it could be expanded to handle more complicated project design work.

Pros

This software covers a lot of what I need in my experience. I can create tasks and checklists, build schedules, keep records of everything I set up and organize items with colors. I also use features like assigning users, applying tags and generating reports and dashboards for all my work.

Cons

At this point, I don't have anything I dislike about this software.
