feature-rich but hard to roll out

Pros

A lot of value comes from the features and functionality it provides in my experience. It offers a broad range of integrated capabilities all in one place which I find very useful.

Cons

The full implementation process was the difficult part and it ended up making us question whether it could really become the field service management solution it was supposed to be.

Easy engineer scheduling

Pros

Scheduling engineers is pretty easy for me with this software.

Cons

I'm still new to using it, so I'm not sure about any downsides yet.

smart routing and great integration

Pros

Getting started with it has been pretty easy in my experience and I like that the upfront cost stays low. It runs well on engineers' own devices and I've also seen it standardized across company-issued hardware without much trouble. The integration across service, labor, projects and inventory is very great and I've noticed it regularly makes sensible assignments thanks to its intelligent routing.

Cons

Performance hasn't been the best on some older devices, although those problems are being worked on. A few of those devices are already beyond their expected lifespan anyway and really need to be replaced.

highly configurable platform

Pros

Having a platform that can be adapted so broadly to business needs has made this product really valuable in my experience. We introduced it gradually across the company and over time I've seen it simplify and improve the efficiency of many processes.

Cons

At times, getting specific custom features built can be difficult because the product development side feels fairly restricted.

Quick rollout and flexible reporting

Pros

With a large remote mobile workforce to support, we needed a platform that was simple to use, quick to build and deploy and still capable of covering all reporting requirements and predefined deliverables in our clients' CAFM systems. I've also found it connects smoothly with third-party systems. What impressed me most is that the design, build, integration and nationwide rollout were all completed in just three months, without relying on traditional IT developers, while still meeting very specific client needs. Training was also very efficient from my side, field operatives went through short videos I narrated, totaling only 45 minutes and their feedback described the system as "fool proof" and very easy to understand. Desk-based training was slightly longer at just over an hour and the response was just as positive.

Cons

At this stage, I genuinely don't have any negatives to point out. We've not only achieved the original business targets we set but we also now have a clear roadmap for future developments and how those improvements can help drive the business forward.
