Having this in place has really improved the way I work. It has aligned my process and reduced time wasted reporting the same jobs again and again.
Cons
Bringing this into our hotel was a complete game changer. Before, we would just call someone from the maintenance team and they would get to it whenever they had time but you were never sure whether the job had been forgotten. With Synergy, you can see the task, who it has been assigned to, the level of priority and even get an idea of when it is likely to be completed.
