Pros
From purchase requests and RFQs to purchase orders and vendor management, we've been using it/Astics for e-procurement and I've found it has really helped align everything. The software makes the overall process more manageable and I also find it effective for setting up a well-organized document management system. It feels like a thoughtfully built platform that covers a wide range of business needs.
Cons
It's hard to point out any downside because everything has been working the way we need it to.

Pros
Over the past year of using this platform, we've seen a much more aligned way to handle both staff management and project management. Since I started using it, I've also seen our asset management improve significantly and become more cost-effective over time.

“Complete QR based CMMS”
Pros
From asset management to complaint handling, every module we've used has made our workflow more aligned and reliable in my experience. I find the CMMS user-friendly and it has helped reduce inventory and maintenance costs quite noticeably. The QR-code scanning feature also makes tracking and location management very fast. Overall, I see it as a complete solution for business operations and would strongly recommend it.

No downside, since everything has been working just the way we needed.

“Fast multilingual data management”
Pros
In my experience, entering data into the system and updating it is quick and I find the multiple language options really helpful. It cuts down typing, saves time and helps keep data accurate from beginning to end. I also find the customization fits what we need very well.
Cons
Honestly, it's difficult to point out any real downside because everything seems to be working well and matches the requirements.

Pros
Navigation in this software feels very easy for me and I really enjoy the dashboard. I also find the analytics very useful, as they add a lot of value to the overall experience.
Cons
With new technologies coming in, I would at least expect more frequent reviews of changes and updates in the latest software upgrades.
