TRACTIAN software is fairly easy to use. We were able to set it up without any issue and getting everything running was not a problem too. Overall, it is a very user-friendly product.
Cons
One downside is that online monitoring only works with their own sensors.

“Customer service is fantastic”
Pros
Their support team is simply the best. They are always helpful and to the point, whenever we contact them. Plus they actually listen to feedback and allow customizations. Even the equipment is easy to install and the 24/7 monitoring plus problem diagnosis help us respond much faster.
Cons
TRACTIAN platform feels a bit too rigid. As we cannot see how the dashboards are created or what logic is behind them. The mobile app is also slow and missing some features from the desktop version. A simpler layout with all the features would be much better.

Pros
It is very user-friendly. Any of our maintenance worker can use it on their phone. Also the platform sends accurate notifications that help us prevent equipment breakdowns.
Cons
Its hardware is not very strong as it breaks easily. But one good thing about them is that at least they replace it for free.
