Fantastic CMMS software

Pros

The user interface is minimalist and clean. The system has all the basic CMMS functions needed without being overly complicated. The asset logbook feature provides a snapshot of an asset on one screen. Checklists ensure no tasks are missed, which is crucial for us. Notifications keep all relevant stakeholders updated automatically. Overall, the software has been a great addition and has helped our team become more productive.

Cons

Currently, there aren't many integrations available, but it's not a major concern, and I expect they'll come in time.

Better Maintenance

Pros

Zoidii has improved maintenance in our facility. It was easy to implement and is simple to use. I particularly like the ability to bookmark and follow critical work orders, so I only get updates on things that concern me.

Cons

Zoidii has some good reports that cover most of our needs, but I'd like to see more for inventory.

Implementing Zoidii got me a promotion

Pros

Zoidii is very easy to use and has all the features and functions we need to manage maintenance at our manufacturing facility. The work order kanban view makes it easy to visualize the work order backlog. Tech support has been excellent too.

Cons

Nothing so far. Zoidii performs exactly as we need.

Make everyone accountable

Pros

Establishing PMs is Simple with the guided process. The asset logbook is excellent for accessing asset history in a unified location without toggling between various work order screens. We were highly satisfied with the assistance provided during setup and configuration.

Cons

Zoidii is new, so there are occasional quirks, but they are working hard on improvements, visible each week.

Zoidii is Great

Pros

Zoidii is cloud-based, allowing us to access it while onsite doing repairs. The user interface is well-designed, and the mobile app is also very easy to use. You could make Zoidii work in any sized organization. My favorite feature is the ability to turn on the camera and add photos to work orders.

Cons

The app is limited in customization, but this also makes it straightforward to use.

Well designed with the end user in mind

Pros

I've implemented various CMMS and CAFM products, and this is likely the easiest to deploy rapidly. It has all the core features that most users need without the unnecessary extras that developers and salespeople often add. It's clear that someone with practical experience in what an end-user needs for daily operations designed it. Definitely worth evaluating to see if it suits your needs.

Cons

It handles the fundamentals effectively and is suitable for those with modest system needs. However, it lacks some advanced features found in larger and more expensive packages, which might make it less appealing for more experienced users or businesses with higher demands.
