Entering a work notification is simple for everyone in the company. It's convenient to see work history and real-time updates on what is open and what has been closed.

Statistical analysis is almost non-existent. The built-in KPI displays are okay but inflexible and don't always show the needed information.

It's simple to track work orders, PMs, and assets. The system was quickly implemented in our factory. As it's so easy to use, we can bring in new people and get them up and running quickly. We love the ability to upload multiple photos to work orders, allowing the team to record pre- and post-repair images.

The mobile site could display better, but with an app in the works, I don't see it being an issue much longer.

Setting up was very easy. Zoidii trained me on setting up our different sites and the associated information. From there, I could set up all the sites, assets, parts inventory, and other relevant information. The software is so easy to use that even our older tenants, who are not tech-savvy, can submit work requests and track their status.

None. Zoidii does everything we need and is very easy to use.

The setup process was easy (we got our critical equipment configured on the first day and everything else within a month). The software is intuitive and clear, making it easier to train new staff. Accessing it from any desktop or mobile device is a significant benefit. The support team is also excellent.

Zoidii lacks the ability to invoice service providers from the CMMS.

Zoidii is very intuitive. Navigating the program is simple and uncomplicated. Our first 2-hour training session was done in 45 minutes because it's so easy to understand. The screens are well-designed and laid out. We can easily organize our PMs and work orders, track work progress, log assets, and pull parts from inventory for repairs. The mobile app is equally user-friendly. Customer support has been excellent throughout.

Zoidii stands out as the simplest, instinctive maintenance management tool available. It's incredibly useful, simplifying maintenance planning, task delegation, work order monitoring, and inventory control. The updates feed is fantastic, allowing me to easily browse through updates across the plant, from parts utilized to completed PMs.
