“Easy downloads”
Pros
Getting started was really simple since the software installs quickly right from the website and the interface feels very user-friendly. I also really appreciate the different saving options it offers, whether I want the file in audio or video format, along with the ability to choose the resolution for saving. Having those choices makes it much easier to manage both storage space and data usage when downloading.
Cons
I'd still like to see more file formats available for saving files. It would also be much more convenient if there were a Google Play Store app for quicker, more portable use.

“love the resolution control”
Pros
Whenever I need to save music, videos or audio for later, this tool does the job really well. I can download pretty much any content I want and it also lets me pick the resolution based on what I need. The fact that it's free makes it even more useful and convenient.
Cons
Overall, it works quite well and I don't have many complaints. There were a few occasions when I ran into errors but that seemed more related to YouTube having issues at the time than the software itself. Though yes, the free version only allowing 5 songs which feels a bit restrictive. Because of that, I have to be careful and plan my downloads so I don't hit the limit too quickly but its a great tool otherwise!
