“scheduling made easy”

Pros

When meeting management and scheduling start getting messy, this tool has proven to be the best option for us. It has made our meeting process much faster than it used to be. The interface looks appealing and is simple to understand and the recurring meeting series feature really helps it stand out.

Cons

At this point, I really haven't come across anything to dislike about Adam.ai. The only thing missing is iOS and Android apps but it sounds like those will be available soon.

“Meeting minutes done right”

Pros

Adam.ai feels like exactly what our productivity workflow needed. Taking meeting minutes in MS Word used to be so disorganized but this platform has completely changed that with an innovative all-in-one setup that brings minute-taking into the modern age and actually makes it enjoyable again. There are also plenty of add-ons and upcoming improvements in the pipeline, including ideas that came out of our recent conversations with their customer support team.

There really isn't anything I dislike about it.

Pros

For the price, i think it has lots of impressive features and the internal as well as external knowledge base are genuinely helpful. Bugs and service outages are rare which makes the platform feel reliable in day-to-day use.

“Excellent integrations”

Pros

Our team stopped relying on Google Docs and several other separate tools once we started using the in-meeting management features. The integration with Zoom and Google Calendar has been especially valuable for us and works better than anything else we've used.

Cons

What would make it even better is support for simultaneous meeting coordinators so multiple team members could take notes and manage the meeting together during collaborative sessions.

Pros

Using it has been pretty simple and the meeting notes template does a nice job of turning handwritten notes into digital ones that can be shared with attendees afterward.

It really only works for note-taking though so if you need to add diagrams or pictures, you'll have to switch to another tool or use a whiteboard app.

Pros

Getting everyone aligned at the right time is much simpler, thanks to the meeting scheduling integrations and the suggested agenda with upvoting. It also keeps people accountable by letting us create actions and decisions, then connect them with our project management tools.

Having all the meeting content gathered in one place is something I really appreciate. The app feels like a central knowledge hub for every meeting we run.

At the moment, there's still no option to create recurring meeting series but its a great tool overall

Pros

A feature that's been especially valuable is the meeting prep tool. It helps our team stay organized and keeps meetings focused so we actually make the most of the time. It's also been incredibly useful for remote work during the COVID-19 situation.

Cons

Don't have any negatives to report about it but I just wish it allowed more than just 5 users.

“excellent visibility for growing teams”

Pros

So as our team expands and our workflows become more complex, keeping everyone on the same page matters a lot. The project dashboard gives a clear snapshot of the activities, decisions and meetings connected to each project. It makes it much easier for everyone to stay updated on the current status and understand what they need to prepare on their end so meetings can be productive.

Cons

We're still in the trial phase with the tool and at this point we haven't run into anything worth complaining about.

Pros

After joining a couple of meetings on adam.ai recently, I had an exceptional experience. The meeting room setup and the way everything is organized really help keep meetings focused and on track.

Cons

One thing missing is direct integration with a few of the applications we use although I'm hopeful they'll add a Zapier integration soon. Otherwise its great!

“Easy to use”

Pros

Coordinating and running remote meetings with this tool has been very convenient especially since we collaborate with clients in different locations. Its integrations with Google Calendar, Slack and Zoom make it much simpler for my team to schedule and manage meetings more efficiently.

Cons

It has been working well for what we need and I haven't come across any issues so far.

From day one, this software has been a really effective fit for our business. It helps us organize meetings with members abroad and works well as a real-time collaboration tool during meetings. The minimalist design gives it a clean, uncluttered look and I also appreciate that it integrates with Zoom, Google and Slack. Another useful feature is note creation, with the option to keep notes either public or private.

Cons

I haven't run into any issues. It has matched what we expected and delivered what we needed.

“all-in-one meeting tool”

Pros

Handling meetings has become much more manageable with adam.ai especially when we're coordinating with a lot of clients and partners. It really helps keep our shared knowledge and meeting information in one central place. The integrations are probably my favorite part, Calendly, Zoom, Zapier and Microsoft Teams all fit nicely into the workflow.

Cons

One area that could use a bit more attention is mobile. There are times when I want to log in from my phone and that experience still needs improvement. I did notice it's already listed on their product roadmap which is nice to see and they make that roadmap available through their website.

Compared with the usual way of taking meeting notes, the core idea behind this software feels much more practical and it makes the whole process a lot simpler.

The pricing could be better but its overall a great software so price factor may be ignored!

Every feature has been valuable for our business. The project view gives us a clear overview of all meetings and the meeting room along with the actions and decisions tracking page has been especially useful.

Adam.ai has been a really responsive app for managing team meetings and keeping everyone aligned before, during and after each session. It fixed one of the biggest problems on our team,documents and files being scattered across different places, plus endless links flying around in emails before meetings even began,by giving us one central space for all meeting notes and related materials. I'm also a big fan of the voting feature. It's made decision-making during remote meetings much faster and much more simple.

Pros

It brings every part of meeting organization into one simple interface which really helps you get more value out of each session. It automates invites and sharing materials, while keeping one reliable place for agenda items, notes, decisions and action items. The built-in timing features also help keep meetings on track so you can accomplish more without running over. Also, it connects with several productivity tools that many teams already use.

Cons

Currently integrates with Zoom and Webex for video conferencing but our team relies on Google Meet. Hopefully that integration gets added down the line. No real cons though, all good!

Love how it fits our business so well. The real-time meeting collaboration features make it possible to stay actively involved in live meetings and share everything with everyone instantly. It also helps the team stay in sync, keeps meeting notes organized and does a lot more beyond that. Overall, this tool has been perfect for what we need.
