We have many separate groups and tools with no central place to bring them together. While it's fairly simple to keep up with what's happening in individual teams by joining them, right now there's no single starting point for everything.
Cons
There aren't a huge number of how-to videos but the team does have some content available on their YouTube channel.

The platform is great for making our processes smoother and improving teamwork which boosts what we can get done overall.
Cons
A few of the more powerful tools might take some time to learn for people who haven't used similar internal platforms before. Some extra guides or training could be helpful here.

“help team dedicated and proactive”
Pros
I think the help team is very dedicated to the customer and takes initiative. They always let us know about new features quickly and the group is always easy to reach when we need assistance.
Cons
I wouldn't say it's missing key functions but one area that could be better is the written guides and manuals. I understand the team is currently focusing on making them more thorough.
