“Ideal for running interactive sessions

Pros

I really like the general design and layout of the program especially the user interface on my workstation. Also the functionality is smooth and I enjoy the variety of slides. They are constantly developing new options and the support team responds quickly and helpfully.

Cons

One thing I would love to see is the slide design templates updated as they feel quite basic and have been around for a while. Also it would be helpful to know in advance what changes are coming in the program as sometimes it opens up and works differently. Recently I have also noticed a few more bugs but I guess that is normal for a product that is still developing.

It is simple to use and packed with a lot of features. I find it perfect for quizzes.

Cons

I feel like the graphics in the result tables could definitely use some improvement.

Pros

I love the variety of question types and the fact that they are always adding new features and improving the existing ones. Also it is pretty easy to use and offers great value for the price.

Cons

Well I do not really have anything negative to say. Plus more updated question types and features are always welcome and I noticed they are consistently adding new ones which is great.

AhaSlides is great because of the wide range of templates they offer for creating interactive presentations. Plus exporting the data after the presentation was a simple task for us now.

Cons

To be honest I do not have anything bad to say. I highly recommend it!

I absolutely love the feature that automatically updates the leaderboard after each question is answered by the participants.

Cons

So far there is nothing I do not like about it. It is the best I have used.

It is so easy to create engaging content online and it is pretty accessible for participants to join in and answer questions.

I feel like it would be nice if the app could be integrated with Outlook or a similar tool to share links instead of having to use chat.

Pros

I was impressed with the look and feel of AHA Slides and how easy it was to present. However functionally I was not as impressed so I ended up switching to MyQuiz.

Cons

When I first started using this platform I come across some major issues such as there was no way to enforce secure access through a specific login as anyone with my slide link could join. And once I hit 40 users, new users could not connect and kept getting an error to reload the page. The result of it is that I lost 5 to 7 important customers who were frustrated. Lastly there is no option to undo changes on the slides which is really inconvenient and risky. Also the import feature only brought in slides as images not editable text.

Pros

Setting it up was quick and simple. I mainly used it for quizzes and polls and since I do not use it regularly, I was not interested in long-term subscriptions. Plus the 1 day option was perfect for my needs without costing too much. And the reporting feature after the presentation is really helpful.

Cons

The animations from my PowerPoint did not transfer over. As a result I had to switch between my PowerPoint presentation and the interactive website. Though it was not a huge problem but it would have been great if the animations were transferred so I could have used just one interface.

“My first experience with it has been fantastic

Pros

It was quite easy to use and understand. It was my first time using it and I had a last minute meeting, so I did not have a lot of time to get familiar with the software. But everything went well.

Cons

I found that the customizable settings were quite limited and did not match the aesthetic I was going for. Plus I started working on the question templates for a trivia activity then imported my PowerPoint presentation but organizing each slide was tricky because the interface was just too simple.

Not only is it interactive but it is really easy to use. I will definitely use it again.

We have so many options for our interactive presentations and the price is pretty reasonable too.

I think it would be great to improve the host experience in the Android app.

Well I noticed that there is not much flexibility when it comes to font, slide animation and text arrangement.

If you are familiar with PowerPoint I will say you will find it easy to use. Plus there are flexible options and it just works.

The limit of 7 devices during testing was a bit restrictive for our larger team.

The interactive feature really grabbed my attention. Also the results are shown live on the screen and the students love it.

I really enjoy using this and cannot think of any cons right now. I am just wondering how to reach a larger audience.

Pros

I love that students can answer anonymously so we can have fun with silly polls or serious questions. Also it worked great for both Zoom learning and in person classes.

Cons

It is hard to trace a comment back to a specific student which can be a good thing for anonymity but if there is a problematic comment, it might be important for a teacher to trace it.
