Perfect for small companies

Pros

Perfect for smaller companies, very easy to understand with fantastic support. I love the drag-and-drop builder.

Cons

Transformed our setup process

Pros

This platform has completely transformed how we operate by letting us build a custom setup process that makes sure every detail is carefully handled for every new customer.

Cons

Spotting when an automation fails isn't very simple. That being said the skilled help desk is almost always ready for a live chat with hardly any wait which lets you solve problems fast.

Pros

I appreciate that the system is simple and that they consistently add new functions.

Cons

Most problems I run into are my own mistake or something I overlooked in the setup. I don't have anything bad to say about the platform itself.

not user-friendly for document sharing

Pros

A few of the tools for making changes are quite handy.

Cons

Sharing documents doesn't feel like a natural process and could be much easier to understand. Rather than being obvious you have to learn a whole new system and then guide your clients through it too.

Huge customization options

Pros

You can adjust a huge number of settings to really make the process your own.

Cons

Initial configuration is a bit tough especially when you're taking information from a form and putting it into a different file for signing. The automations that handle this can be buggy and respond very slowly if your form has many fields.

Simple process steps

Pros

The process steps are very simple for the people filling everything out. It's welcoming, simple and clean.

Cons

Wish forms would automatically expire because we have many old ones still sitting in our workflows which makes everything look cluttered.

Digital paperwork sent to HR

Pros

The platform lets us fill out our paperwork digitally and sends it straight to our HR group when it's done.

Cons

Don't like it when an automation breaks down. This doesn't happen often but it interrupts the process and causes holdups.

Great support crew

Pros

I adore the support crew! They are consistently so pleasant and supportive.

Cons

The number of software glitches is the worst part. While the support group is excellent at fixing errors quickly the bugs can still be disruptive.
