Nothing good! This company does not respect privacy at all!

Cons

They got into my network and spammed invitations to all my contacts. Stay far away from this site. Their marketing is disrespectful and they don't care about your privacy.

It only works on web browsers, I think they need an app so mobile access is easier.

Even after going through the class and listening to the story, I still don't really know how to use the system properly once I'm involved. The way it was presented didn't really click for me. I think there needs to be a clear, step-by-step automated PowerPoint guide to make it easier to understand.

The interface is pretty simple. Like any new platform, it takes some time to get used to. It works similar to other social media platforms made for business, just another tool in the toolbox!

It can get political sometimes. I wish people would focus on business instead of attacking or demonizing others for different opinions. Some users get pretty "hackey" but you can spot them and just ignore their posts.

It doesn't have the traffic or opportunities like LinkedIn, but it feels way more personal. Connections actually matter, recommendations count. It's more of an intimate community.

Cons

There's no pushy selling when you connect, which is refreshing. But it's confusing how the community networking actually makes money.
