Pros
I like that their starting prices were competitive compared to what we had been using before.
Cons
They hiked the prices by 500% without telling us. When we called to challenge it, they refused to help and told us to take it up with the physical store instead.

“No support when contractors mess up
Pros
Honestly I can't point out any real pros. Signing up was a headache, we had to cancel twice and we kept chasing mail that the UPS Store we used just couldn't locate.
Cons
We got charged twice for the month even after we canceled. They lost one of our packages for five months. Mail never arrived on time. Nobody took responsibility, and no one ever returned our calls. Anytime corporate was no help at all and still refuses to refund the extra charges.

“Excellent product!
Pros
I've been using Anytime Mailbox for nearly five years now. I run a small side hustle and ship orders from my online store. Since I didn't want to use my home address, this has been perfect! I only get a little mail sent to my box but when I do, I get notified immediately. Scheduling a pickup takes just seconds and I love that the app keeps track of every piece of mail so if I ever lose something, I can find it in my archive. I highly recommend this service!

“Terrible customer service!
Pros
The software itself isn't the problem ,it's the unstable mailbox locations and poor customer service that let it down.
Cons
Customer service is terrible. They showed no care for clients. They moved my mailbox twice in a few months and never offered any compensation for lost revenue or the trouble with updating marketing materials.

“Reliable virtual mailbox solution
Pros
We are a remote team wanting to move our address to the cloud with Anytime Mailbox. The software made that really easy and support was quick and excellent.
Cons
I had some issues with the notary process because I was missing some documents, but that's on me, not Anytime.
