“Got me out of a tough spot

Pros

Setting up and using Appointlet has been very easy and their customer service has been excellent. It fills some gaps in my online booking needs that other software couldn't. I especially love that it supports multiple calendar syncs, buffer time before and after appointments and separate pages for different types of appointments. Although I have not used it long it's been working well with my existing processes so far.

Cons

Some features I think would be helpful but are missing include such as a calendar view to manually schedule appointments, a dedicated customer list to see past appointments, the ability to override calendar events and schedule during blocked time, the option to make one appointment with multiple location choices like their house OR Zoom, SMS reminders in addition to emails and a custom color picker along with the default brand colors. These are lower on the priority list but they'd still be nice to have.
