“Strong yet easy to use

Pros

I find it pretty easy to use and get the hang of it quite quickly.

Cons

There is nothing about which I would like to complain! Everything was explained really well.

It makes booking time with me a simple task for anyone on my team or clients which helps me stay on top of my schedule.

Honestly not much to dislike as it gets the job done and syncs perfectly with my calendar.

What I love about Appointlet is how simple it is to use and the great support. I have been using it since 2022 and setting up meetings, integrating calendars and everything else was so simple.

The .ics file is not ideal for me. I'd prefer the add to Google calendar link since it is easier. I even had someone cancel a meeting because of the .ics file. It might be a bit extreme but I get where she's coming from.

It is quite simple to use, offers a lot of customization options and my fav part us that It is free.

Some of my customers might prefer it to be in Slovene our language but I have not run into any issues so far.

The user-friendliness is amazing. The functionality is top notch and I cannot stress enough how easy it is to use. I looked at other booking options but this one is by far the best. I am telling everyone about it.

I love how simple it is and it is flexible enough to integrate with multiple platforms.

Not exactly a con but I would like to have both personal and company pages under one account. Right now I have two Appointlet accounts.

“Makes appointment scheduling easier for businesses

Sharing my availability is a an issue anymore and clients can easily book a time that works for them. Also it is great not having to send lots of emails back and forth when someone books a consultation.

I was not able to fully customize the booking page to match my brand's style which was a little disappointing.

It is highly intuitive. We logged in and everything was easy to figure out right away. Plus syncing with Google calendars was very simple making our process much more efficient.

The support is simply the best and Cris was quite patient with me knowing I am not the most tech-savvy person. The responses were quick and easy to follow.

Not only is it really easy to use but syncing multiple calendars for availability is not a problem too. Plus it created a simple booking page that we can share anywhere.

When the Gmail password is changed we learned that we need to go in and manually resync the calendars in Appointlet. It does not give a notification about syncing errors.

Pros

Appointlet has made it so much easier for me to stay accessible to my students especially when they need me most. It syncs with my calendars and helps me stay on top of everything ensuring I can manage all my responsibilities.

Is it possible to create a QR code feature for students to access my Appointlet page? Right now I go outside the program for this. The first QR code generator I used expired and costs a lot to subscribe to. I use the QR code on signs throughout our school for students.

“Calendar is simple to use

Pros

I really like how simple it is to use. At first I was unsure about the interface especially with picking dates instead of using a calendar but it actually makes it a lot easier for clients to find the right time. We share booking links with clients and they can pick a time that works for them. The free package is also really generous compared to others.

Cons

So far I have not had any issues. We have linked it with our email and website and it's doing its job.

Well I am really happy that even the free version of Appointlet checks for conflicts across multiple calendars not just one.

I honestly do not think it is missing anything I'd expect from a free version.

“Meets all my needs

Pros

Booking anything is so simple for both me and my clients and rescheduling or canceling is just as easy. Plus their customer service is excellent.

One small thing I would like is for the time to show up in digits in my calendar, not just the info at the scheduled time. That way I could easily see the exact time of the appointment at a glance like 9 am, One hour session. Right now the time shows up later in the details.

“Multi-language feature isn't working

The setup process was simple. Overall I find it an easy to use software.

Cons

The translation process is a bit hit or miss. It works for basic translations but we cannot fine tune it. The main issue is that the basic translation has not worked in a while. The support response was not that helpful either. They said they are working on renewing the service agreement with their translation provider but that feels a bit unprofessional. I need a solution fast since I only use it for translations.

Pros

Even someone who is not tech savvy can set up different types of appointments. I am using the free version and it works great. The scheduling filter lets me customize my availability each day.

Cons

I cannot think of anything missing from the free version. I have only used the free plan and it works fine.

“A perfect alternative to Calendly

Pros

I chose Appointlet over Calendly because their free version lets me have unlimited events across different booking pages. Plus this lets me create separate pages for prospects and clients.

Cons

One thing I have not figured out how to set a standard availability so I end up manually entering my availability for each event.

The app is simple to use and user-friendly. Customizing it is great although it took a bit of my time searching to figure out how to do some things. The customer service is also among the best I have come across.

It can be a bit clunky to customize but overall it works well for me.
