“A complete package!
Pros
AppointmentCore helped me set up and schedule meetings with my team members who were working from home and needed to get up to speed with the new workflow.
Cons
There is nothing I really disliked about it. It is very much user friendly and getting started with it was easy, especially since it works well with apps like Zoom, Outlook and Google Calendar.

Pros
I have been using AppointmentCore to schedule all my consultations and I love how it syncs with Google Calendar. If I block out time on Google, it automatically stops people from scheduling on it.
Cons
The only issue I have noticed with it is that it is occasionally bugged out in the past and blocked times that were available on my calendar.

“Useful but not free from issues
Pros
AppointmentCore has a detailed system that works for most types of scheduling. It integrates with popular CRMs like Infusionsoft/Keap which we use. Plus it allows for custom fields to be sent, adding more detail to the scheduling process.
Cons
It has a few issues like some features were not easy to find. For example webhooks and custom field data being sent to Keap were not easy to locate. Also I have noticed there is no API available at least not publicly.

Setting it up was very easy. Plue I really appreciate that they have step by step instructions to guide you through the setup.
Cons
I have used other appointment schedulers where I liked the user interface better than this one. It feels a bit old and outdated.

Pros
I love being able to send my booking link to clients. Also it is so convenient for them to schedule without all the back and forth emails trying to find a time that works.
Cons
Sometimes even though the booking links are set to send calendar invites to specific employees, the event still ends up showing on my other employees calendars, no matter how the link was set up.

Pros
AppointmentCore makes it so easy to set up appointments with people no matter where they are. I work with clients all across the US and it really cuts down the time it takes to schedule an appointment. Plus it works perfectly with my Google calendar.
Cons
Setting up our appointment booking link was a bit time consuming and complicated task at first, but once we get the hang of it creating multiple links got easier. Also it offers lots of options for limiting when and how often clients can schedule appointments but it can be a little confusing to get everything set up just right.

“Saves us time
Pros
One thing I like a lot is that my clients can book appointments with me in real time. AppointmentCore links my calendar to my booking link and automatically sends out confirmations.
Cons
I wish the SMS integration did not require a third party or at least had more options for which third party to use.

“Decent one but has few bugs
Pros
We mostly chose AppointmentCore because it offers an API. Plus it is one of the few products that have this feature and it was really important for our needs.
Cons
There are still some bugs to work out especially with encrypted text showing up in email confirmations of appointments for the customer.

Pros
It has all the right integrations and works quite consistently. We have linked it to Infusionsoft and the flow is really smooth.
Cons
There is very little design control so wherever it is embedded, it either has to match the existing branding or it stands out from the rest of it which annoys me to be honest.
