“responsive support”
Pros
One thing that really stands out is how fast and thorough their support team is. Whenever I need help, they get back to me quickly and stay with the problem until it's completely resolved. I honestly couldn't ask for better support.
Cons
It's an excellent product overall. I wouldn't call it simple but it does offer a lot of features along with plenty of ways to use it and integrate it with other tools, so basically no cons from my side!
