“outdated database”
Pros
At the beginning, Arena was a really solid fit for our church. It did a good job of helping us manage both our database and our finances in an organized way.
Cons
Early on, Arena worked well for our church but over time it became too tiring and started to feel outdated. We still rely on it for the financial side but we've moved away from using the database portion. As more features kept getting added, the system only felt more behind the times.

“Easy to customization”
Pros
Right from the start, it feels modern and simple to work with so getting started doesn't take much effort. Beneath that simple setup, there's also a solid range of detailed customization options that let you shape your website feeds to match exactly how unique or refined you want them to be. And if you run into trouble at any point, the on-screen live chat makes it easy to reach support.
Cons
One downside is that the 1000-impression cap in the entry-level plan gets consumed pretty fast which may make smaller blogs or websites hesitate before signing up especially with the cost of starting on a paid subscription.

“Love the event features”
Pros
Using the chat, Q&A and polls feels very simple and the layout looks clean and appealing. I also really appreciated being able to customize the colors and logo. Features like adding emoticons to chat messages, upvoting questions and using GIFs made the whole experience more engaging and interactive.
Cons
An issue is that the Q&A and polling icons are too small to notice easily especially for elderly. The admin setup page also feels cluttered and confusing making it hard to tell where everything is. Even after the event ended, we still struggled to remember how to get back to the specific settings page we needed.

“data insights are great”
Pros
Data Enrichment feature has been especially useful and it plays a big role in helping me understand lead and customer behavior better.
Cons
At this point, I haven't run into any issues with it and it has handled what I needed really well.

“quick setup”
Pros
Getting everything deployed was pretty simple and setting up a chat widget was simple as well.
Cons
I wasn't a fan of how some of the core features felt incomplete. Another minor frustration was having to manually enter a HEX code every time I created a new chat widget.

“had a good experience”
Pros
To get started and putting it into use wasn't overly complicated so the learning and implementation process felt pretty simple.
Cons
The downside was the performance, it loaded very slowly and a lot of the time it wouldn't show the items I actually needed to see.

“live stream works perfectly”
Pros
Being able to embed the chat directly into our LIVE streaming page was a huge plus because it blended in really well with the overall page design. Another feature I really appreciated is that I can pop the chat out into a separate window next to the video player if i want. That setup makes it much simpler to follow the LIVE stream and keep up with the conversation at the same time.
Cons
Something I'd still like is the ability to customize the font used in the chat room. It would also help a lot to connect the chat login with my site's member area so when someone signs into my site, they're automatically signed into the chat as well. Right now, members have to log into the chat separately after already logging into the site and that can be confusing for them at times.

“user-friendly”
Pros
Getting Arena.im chat into our setup was simple and it's very adaptive to use. We consistently get positive comments about how helpful it is to interact with the organizers and other attendees. We've been using this tool from the start and continue to rely on it.

“Impressive!”
Pros
Using this has been very simple and it solves my live chat needs with an embed that's quick to set up.
Cons
One frustrating part is how often features in my pricing plan seem to change and it doesn't always notify us about it. That becomes especially stressful during live-streamed events when we suddenly have to make adjustments.

“flexible live event widgets”
Pros
Running online events depends a lot on audience engagement and it has made that much more manageable for us in a nicely organized way. We're able to create multiple Live Chats and other live event widgets that really round out our virtual events. A big plus is that these widgets can be embedded anywhere and customized without much hassle. Also, the company has been extremely responsive whenever we've shared feedback.
Cons
The access permission settings still need some improvement especially for cases where multiple people need more specific levels of login access. Chat exports after a live event could also be refined a bit.

“Excellent tool”
Pros
Our live blogs come out looking polished and professional and it's simple to add photos, videos and even social media channels directly into the feed.
Cons
Honestly it does exactly what you need from a live blogging tool and I haven't run into any issues with how it performs.

“Amazing features”
Pros
Although your platform isn't really built around gaming, we've been using it successfully for a quiz game that's integrated into our web app.
Cons
Programmatic control wasn't very simple. Hiding certain components would be much simpler if there were extra advanced properties available, instead of having to track down CSS classes and tweak them manually.

“boosted engagement”
Pros
Right away, the live chat and polling tools turned out to be the features our audience responded to most. Once we got used to them, they became simple to handle and gave us a much better sense of what people were most interested in reading on our website.
Cons
An issue came up when we needed to choose a person for a post where we were sharing quotes from the live streams. After saving a lot of names, it became harder to manage and slowed the workflow down a bit and the last time we used it, that problem still hadn't been fixed.

“feature rich platform!”
Pros
It has a sleek, polished chat interface that blends nicely into a webpage or works just as well as a pop-up widget. The chat experience itself is packed with useful features, including GIFs, reporting, message deletion, emojis, replies, likes and more.
Cons
What doesn't really help in our setup is the direct messaging feature since we run chats across different sites and people are able to see moderators from totally separate environments.
