“fast messaging with solid security”
Pros
Right away, AstraChat, Direct XMPP Client felt fast and simple to use. The interface is simple and user-friendly so getting everything set up took very little time and messaging has been instant and reliable. It fits well for both internal team communication and customer support. Another big plus is the cross-platform support along with the strong security features since I can use it on both desktop and mobile and still keep conversations encrypted. The initial setup was quick and uncomplicated, with only minimal configuration needed to get it connected and running on our servers.
Cons
Every now and then, I run into connection drops which can be frustrating. The notification customization options are also somewhat limited and the interface for advanced features could be clearer and more adaptive. Also, the search functionality could definitely be improved.

“better than expected!”
Pros
While browsing the SERP, I came across this tool and gave it a try. I wasn't really expecting much from it but the outcome turned out to be quite good.
Cons
Nothing to point out at the moment since I'm still in the early stages and can't really say yet.
