“Great fit for us”
Pros
Having so many resources available in one place has been really helpful for our team. It's also nice that every office location can access the same information so communication is shared consistently and everyone stays on the same page.
Cons
I'm still getting familiar with the system so there are times when finding exactly what I need takes a bit of effort. At this point, I usually rely on the search bar to quickly locate what I'm looking for.

“amazing results”
Pros
It has made our internal communication much better. News and important updates are highly visible and simple to locate which has been a major improvement for us. The required reading notifications are also very convenient to manage through the bell icon and having a full list of all required reading items is a really valuable bonus.
Cons
One thing I'd still love to see in here is more convenient reporting for space access and similar details. It would be a big improvement if we could run reports by user and quickly see which spaces that person can access, whether they're listed as a member, moderator, admin and so on.

“Best one!”
Pros
Running a fully remote tech company across multiple countries, we use it as our intranet and central place for internal communication. It keeps company updates, blogs and department-specific details organized through dedicated Spaces. Also, it stores all of our key resources in one spot, from branding assets and presentation templates to internal knowledge bases for different teams.
Cons
The only downside is tied to one of its strengths, it rolls out new features all the time. That ongoing development is a positive overall but it can be hard to stay on top of the changes and figure out how to apply them within the structure of an existing site.

“made communication easier”
Pros
Switching to it has been a very positive move for us. Compared with our previous intranet, our user adoption has gone up and communication across the company has improved noticeably. Employees now have a clear place to go when they need information which has made a real difference. The content management tools are also very useful and keeping information current has been a big advantage.
Cons
Something to keep in mind is that it takes time to learn because of how customizable it is. You have to understand how to configure individual pages and some customizations may even require coding. That said, if you want the platform to truly match your company's vision, it naturally takes a fair amount of work to build out and fine-tune. I don't really see that as a negative but it does help to have one designated person responsible for updating and refining the different spaces.

“feature rich!”
Pros
Right from the start, the application has been really nice and simple to introduce to our team members. It comes with plenty of useful features that help everyone stay connected.
Cons
One area that could definitely be better is adding integrations with more HR platforms. Without that, it takes more manual effort to keep employee information updated in the system.

“decent experience”
Pros
This has been a good platform for internal communication and has helped keep conversations organized across the team.
Cons
A few things we were originally promised haven't really turned out the way we expected. Also, the product still has frequent bugs that the team needs to address.

“works so well”
Pros
Social intranet is a really strong solution for us, with a efficient set of features that covers what we need well.
Cons
The digest email feature could be much better if it supported rich text. Right now, the layout feels limited and having options like bolding, highlighting and adding hyperlinks would make it far more effective. but its just as good as is

“a powerful platform”
Pros
It is definitely the right choice for us!
Cons
As with any new software, it takes some time to learn. It has a lot of depth and that complexity is also one of its biggest strengths. It can handle just about any function you need and track usage across multiple levels. Once everything clicks, it feels adaptive and is simple to use and customize.

“axero keeps getting better”
Pros
The platform, i feel, continues heading in the right direction and keeps improving.
Cons
We ran into a few limitations while building out certain parts of the site but they were able to offer workarounds that still met our original needs without taking away from what we wanted to accomplish.

“excellent tool”
Pros
Proved to be excellent intranet solution for banks and works really well for what we need.
Cons
The only issue I run into occasionally is during login. It may be related to my own network but there are times when I have to enter my credentials twice before I can get in.
