“powerful platform”
Pros
Right away, the level of customer support has been outstanding. I've felt very well backed by our Axero partner as well as through the ticketing system. Their team is receptive to feedback solutions and requests which makes a big difference. The platform itself is very capable, with a lot you can build and manage through it. The training materials are also extremely thorough. Another feature that has been especially useful is being able to set pages as public or private and adjust those permissions as needed.
Cons
A few parts of the platform are less user-friendly or adaptive than I expected. For instance, while some features use drag-and-drop, plenty of others do not. Copying and pasting widgets is also not very convenient. That said, they do seem committed to troubleshooting recurring client issues and the platform is being updated regularly.

“Impressive interface for multilingual sharing”
Pros
Its interface is highly customizable which makes the site easier to navigate and helps a lot when sharing updated documents. I also really appreciate being able to share files in different languages without any hassle.
Cons
I'd love to see more color customization options in the interface. Better aesthetics would make collaboration with my team feel more engaging and having more ways to color-code would make the learning curve feel even lighter.

“User friendly design”
Pros
One thing that really stands out is how strong the technical support has been. The site itself is very user-friendly and simple to navigate. The admin side does take a little time to get used to though there is a slight learning curve there.
Cons
There's nothing major to complain about. I'd just like to see more features added over time, for example, having more reaction options for comments instead of only a thumbs up would be a nice improvement.

“made collaboration easy”
Pros
Love how it offers a secure, well-rounded digital workplace platform with a strong mix of security, collaboration and usability. The security setup is solid without feeling restrictive, with granular permissions, controlled access to sensitive material and dependable compliance features that help organizations feel confident their data stays protected. For everyday collaboration, its file and document sharing is very capable. Uploading organizing and working together on documents is simple and clear version control plus audit trails add a lot of value.
Cons
Basic file and document sharing performs well but bigger teams may feel that versioning organization and permission management are not as adaptive as they are in more established enterprise content-management platforms. There is also more of a learning curve than you might expect. Even though the interface looks clean, many of its deeper features take time, training and hands-on use before teams really feel comfortable with them.

“so good”
Pros
The interface is very user-friendly so both employees and admins can get comfortable with it quickly, usually without needing a lot of training.
Cons
An area that could be better is the reporting and analytics, along with broadcast scheduling and deeper integrations since they're not as strong or fully developed as they could be. But other than that, no cons at all, its great!

“I liked using it”
Pros
Axero has been really valuable for sharing internal information across the organization. It also feels like there's a lot of potential to keep building on it especially when I think about improving the overall experience for our team members.
Cons
One thing that frustrates me is the article cover photo sizing. They have to fit very specific dimensions and even when I follow that, the image often gets cropped awkwardly after publishing. I'd also love to see the app improved.

“awesome features”
Pros
Having spaces, groups and similar options makes it really useful for keeping unwanted content under control. I also really enjoyed the page builder and felt it came with a lot of very cool options to work with.
Cons
I did have to handle some manual adjustments to get the widgets set up the way I wanted but that was okay. I'd also love to see better language translation improvements, along with more metadata support and added functionality for content integrated from SharePoint.

“Strong support”
Pros
Their team was fantastic. They really went the extra mile to help us get our intranet up and running and they stayed incredibly patient through all the requests and questions we had along the way.
Cons
Moving from the demo version to the live site was definitely challenging and came with a pretty big learning curve on our side. It was not a simple plug-and-play setup. Having some CSS knowledge would have made the process easier and clearer expectations for the meetings would have helped too. We ended up having to lead a lot of the process ourselves which caused some frustration early on.

“im impressed!”
Pros
It's been really useful having one place where we can publish knowledge base articles and company news for everyone to view and engage with.

Admin side of it does take a bit of time to learn especially when trying to track down all the available configuration settings.

Pros
The modern interface is a big plus. It feels user-friendly for everyday us and admins can get everything configured without much hassle.

“Excellent tool!”
Pros
Getting employee communications out quickly is one of the best parts and the articles come with really useful features. It also gives people a way to engage through comments and rating options.
Cons
One thing that has been frustrating is the lack of smart tools for handling multiple time zones. When people post events, attendees often complain or the team ends up creating several versions of the same event. I'm not sure whether this is a limitation from my company's setup or if it simply doesn't offer a solution for it but it would also be very helpful if some content could be accessed when employees scan a QR code with their personal mobile devices.

“document sharing that delivers”
Pros
Document management and file sharing have been excellent. That was the big gap in our internal communication tools and it really filled it for us.
Cons
It does feel a bit pricey. Smaller organizations may have a hard time fitting it into their budget and aside from that, I really don't have any other complaints.

“complete collaboration hub”
Pros
Made a big difference in how our team communicates and works together. The interface feels modern.. so even people with different levels of technical experience can get comfortable with it quickly. One of the biggest advantages is how it brings document management, communication and collaboration tools together in one secure, user-friendly platform.

“all-in-one tool”
Pros
Having wikis, forums, blogs, chat and file sharing all in one place cuts down a lot on the need to juggle separate tools. It makes team collaboration feel more centralized and organized.
Cons
Getting started isn't totally adaptive especially when it comes to building and organizing Spaces. Setting up the site structure and designing areas for different teams takes time, plus a bit of trial and error. Once everything is configured, everyday use gets much easier but that initial setup can be tough if you're not familiar with intranet design.

“their support is great”
Pros
We're only in the pilot stage of the new DMS but it already feels very adaptive. The onboarding team has been excellent to work with, taking time to walk us through everything and help troubleshoot issues with our existing systems that we're hoping to fix by moving to it.
Cons
There's a lot to explore if you want to use the platform to its fullest which is honestly a good problem to have. It can handle a wide range of needs so the biggest challenge is having a clear vision of what you want the final result to be. Up to this point, there's been very little that Axero hasn't been able to support.

Pros
It offers a lot of functionality and flexibility. It does a solid job of giving leadership teams the kind of platform they want, while also providing the power and admin controls needed to support those expectations.
Cons
Sometimes when it hasn't worked the way it should and we've had to run a re-index to get everything back up and working again.

Pros
