A great tool that does its job well

Pros

The way it handles sending and accessing emails is seriously impressive. Also reaching my entire team is quite quick and easy now and the insights I get afterward are top notch too.

Cons

It is a neat tool but honestly the price feels a bit too high for what we get. Plus the interface is not the easiest either as it takes some effort to get used to but once you do, it is manageable.

Simplifies marketing communication and email campaigns

Pros

Getting started with Smart Brevity was not an issue thanks to the awesome onboarding and support. Also it helped our team work together better on email content and our engagement numbers and open rates have gone way up.

Cons

Our designer wishes there were more font choices. Also it would be awesome if the AI could dig deeper into campaign metrics and help with that. A resend option for unopened emails would be a solid add too. Still the platform's really solid overall and props to the team.

Transforming the way we do things

Pros

The writing format is awesome as it is really easy to use but still helps us keep a consistent tone. Also it has made our newsletter way more readable and enjoyable for our audience.

Cons

Nothing major to complain about but I would love more ways to customize newsletters like tweaking fonts, formats or colors.

I think it is awesome

Pros

What I love most about Axios HQ is how the brevity score keeps us focused and efficient and the reports showing open and click rates are super useful too.

Cons

The biggest drawback is the layout limitations as it holds us back when it comes to being creative with our branding.

The top back-office communication tool

Pros

Creating info blasts is so smooth and flexible. The support team at Axios HQ is also quick to respond and always offers great tips to boost delivery. Also they are regularly upgrading the tool which I really appreciate.

Cons

I feel like the pricing is a little high for a small business like ours but I do see the value in it.

Very user-friendly

Pros

It is quite simple and I must say it works great for both team wide and public messages.

Cons

Would love it if we had more options to tweak things such as like adding images in line, switching up fonts and stuff like that.

An excellent tool for making employee communications better

Pros

Axios HQ saves me so much of time when putting together our monthly staff newsletter. Also the built-in templates are easy to work with and I love the content suggestions. Moreover it gives solid reporting so I can see who is reading what. Overall it is definitely one of my favorite work tools.

Cons

Sometimes I want to place images side by side or play around more with font sizes and colors in articles. But all in all I do not have many issues with it.

It was an easy transition

Pros

Our school's last CRM was a mess as it was slow, clunky and frustrating. But switching to AxiosHQ changed everything for us. In just a couple of months the whole staff was using it and loving the simple editor, SmartBrevity and the polished feel.

Cons

No major downsides though I did notice the footer does not appear while you are building an email.

Keeps me close to the team and helps share our wins

Pros

I rely on Axios to send out our weekly and monthly updates to the leadership team. Also the card layout helps keep things clear and well organized. And the shared writing features also make it easy to collaborate with our small team.

Cons

I feel like managing multiple newsletters could be better. Now that more people at work are using it, it is starting to get a bit clunky.

Perfect for handling external communications

Pros

Axios is what we use for putting together and sending out emails to our members. Plus it handles everything like from writing to approvals so smoothly and lets everyone pitch in even if they are not in the same location.

Cons

After using this for a few years I really wish we had features like inline commenting or annotation. Also it would be amazing to let reviewers leave suggestions on wording. Plus a solid track changes feature would make editing way easier too.

New to it and loving it

Pros

Love how it gives me emoji suggestions while I am typing. That little feature actually helps a lot.

Cons

Only having two font choices feels quite limiting and the layout can be a bit stiff too but I get that it is part of the platform's approach.

The Smart Brevity guide is really useful

Pros

The AI feature in Axios was very much handy as it shortened my long winded text and caught styling things I missed.

Cons

When there is a lot of content, I noticed that it tends to slow down the AI's reading speed quite a bit.
