The interface felt a bit overwhelming at first but once I got used to it, everything became really easy to handle. The keyboard shortcuts are a game changer and transcription and syncing work better than any other platform I have tried. Not to mention, the customer support is truly outstanding.

Sometimes the same words get translated differently though I know they are improving it. I would also like to see the transcription lines separated more clearly like two lines then a space, to make reading easier.

Beey is quite beginner friendly so even amateurs can use it without problems. The support team is fast, polite and more helpful than expected. I also like how committed they are to supporting the hearing impaired community. Good captioning tools can change lives and thanks to them, our event recordings with subtitles reached more people and made a bigger impact.

My hope is that in the future it can be adapted more for people with special needs like unique speech patterns from certain disabilities. I do understand it is very specific and will require extra development and customization.

I found it easy and enjoyable to work with this program. As a transcription tool it's highly effective and the balance of cost, quality and performance makes it a great choice.

One thing I did not like is that you cannot correct the text and play the recording at the same time as the playback stops whenever you edit. Also it does not capture individual speakers as accurately and it cannot read M4A files directly though those can be converted to MP3 easily.
