“interface is so outdated”

Pros

BELxpress Email has made my workflow more chaotic rather than organized. The interface feels user friendly which makes email navigation a hassle and the organizational tools don't offer much help when it comes to sorting and categorizing messages effectively.

Cons

A efficient automatic spam filter would be a game-changer for keeping my inbox tidy but the mobile app doesn't quite support staying connected on the go. There's definitely room for improvement in several areas.

“simple deployment and hosting”

Pros

I appreciate the increased control I have over email usage and management. Additionally sorting emails into folders is easy and convenient.

Cons

Language support is lacking especially when composing in right-to-left formats. I also think the desktop interface could benefit from a visual refresh to enhance the overall user experience but its great as is right now too

“Effortless DNS integration”

Pros

No complex setup is required, just sign up and start using it. After adding the domain, everything runs automatically though the domain's nameservers must point to belxpress.com, as clearly outlined in the Getting Started guide.

Cons

One drawback is that enterprise-grade anti-spam protection isn't included with dedicated packages, it has to be purchased and added separately.

“loved the automatic domain setup”

Pros

Deploying and overseeing company email accounts is simple and efficient. Compared to setting up an in-house mail server, this solution has saved us significant time. Reliability and security are top priorities for us and Belxpress consistently meets those expectations.

Cons

From a mail transfer agent perspective, I have no complaints. That said, I'd love to see integration with cloud storage platforms in the future.

“unlimited storage and a friendly dashboard”

Pros

It makes DNS integration for email domains effortless via the admin panel, with no manual MX record configuration needed, it's well thought out. Plus, SPF, DKIM and DMARC are automatically configured once the domain is added.

Cons

Apart from MX records, all other DNS entries can be added without restrictions. Overall, it offers a free and dependable DNS service so i have no real cons to put here.

“Amazing user-centered admin panel”

Pros

Storage is unlimited and the admin dashboard is user-friendly enough that external help is rarely needed. Pricing is reasonable and customer support is highly responsive.

Cons

The built-in individual spam filter isn't very intelligent, I frequently have to manually mark messages as junk to keep things under control.

“Great multi-device compatibility!”

Pros

Compared to other platforms, the admin interface is user friendly, user-centered and packed with useful features. Managing email accounts, whether creating, editing, deleting or forwarding, can be done independently. The built-in webmail is also efficient and full-featured.

Cons

So far, everything works well. However, configuring email settings on a smartphone can be a bit time-consuming, even though you are free to use any email app of their choice

“User-friendly admin for easy management”

Pros

Getting started is easy, just log in and begin composing and receiving emails. It's also more dependable than our previous provider and support has been solid.

Cons

This isn't exactly a complaint but I do wish Zoom integration were available.

“flexible reporting with easy exports”

Pros

What stands out most is the support team... they respond quickly and provide accurate solutions. The admin panel is highly user friendly making account and mailing list management so easy. The webmail client is also easy and requires no additional setup.

Cons

There's no cloud storage integration, nor are there built-in productivity apps like Word or Excel.
